    Abstract: A super resolution (SR) image generation circuit includes an image scale-up circuit, a stable SR processing circuit, a generative adversarial network (GAN) processing circuit, and a configurable basic block pool circuit. The image scale-up circuit is arranged to receive and process an input image to generate a scaled-up image. The stable SR processing circuit is arranged to receive a feature map of the input image to generate a stable delta value. The GAN processing circuit is arranged to receive the feature map to generate a GAN delta value. The configurable basic block pool circuit is arranged to dynamically configure a plurality of basic blocks according to a depth requirement of the input image, to generate a configuration result. The SR image generation circuit generates an SR image according to the scaled-up image, the stable delta value, and the GAN delta value.

    Abstract: An image processing circuit includes a receiving circuit, a transmitting circuit, a first asynchronous handshake circuit, a super resolution scale-up model and a second asynchronous handshake circuit. The receiving circuit is arranged to receive an input image with a first pixel clock frequency. The first asynchronous handshake circuit is arranged to receive the input image from the receiving circuit according to a receiving timing. The super resolution scale-up model is arranged to scale up the input image to generate an output image with a second pixel clock frequency. The second asynchronous handshake circuit is arranged to output the output image to the transmitting circuit according to a transmitting timing to transmit the output image, wherein the first asynchronous handshake circuit, the super resolution scale-up model, and the second asynchronous handshake circuit operate at a clock frequency independent of the first pixel clock frequency and the second pixel clock frequency.

    Abstract: A security management system includes a controlled device to execute a security management method. The controlled device includes a wireless module and a processing module. The processing module communicates with a main controlling device through the wireless module for pairing. When the main controlling device is successfully paired to the controlled device, the processing module executes a security mode. In the security mode, a user directly operates the controlled device. When the controlled device is not successfully paired to the main controlling device, the controlled device cannot execute the security mode, and the controlled device cannot be operated. Therefore, the user only needs to ensure that the main controlling device is nearby; even if the user is at a position distanced from the controlled device, the controlled device may not be operated by others.

    Abstract: A multimedia playing system for automatically notifying abnormal situations has a TV dongle and a network security camera connected to the TV dongle through network. The TV dongle has an email processing server module. The network security camera has an email transmitting module. When the network security camera detects an abnormal situation, an event message is transmitted to the email processing server module. The email processing server module accordingly generates a command. According to the command, the TV dongle transmits a control signal to control a digital TV to immediately display the abnormal situation. Therefore, the multimedia playing system automatically informs a user of the occurrence of the normal situation.

    Abstract: A remote control system using a handheld electronic device to remotely control electrical appliances includes a handheld electronic device and a command conversion device. The handheld electronic device uses a command input device to generate operation information. A command recognizing module receives the operation information, and identifies the corresponding home appliance remote control code. A wireless emission module emits a home appliance remote control code, which is received by the command conversion device. The command conversion device determines the infrared execution command corresponding to the home appliance remote control code. The infrared execution command is emitted by the infrared emission module to remotely control home appliances with the infrared remote control function. The handheld electronic device is enabled to provide a variety of different operating modes without significantly increasing the cost of the entire system.
