    Abstract: A graphene-containing biosensing chip includes a transparent substrate; a metal layer disposed on the transparent substrate; and a graphene layer disposed on the metal layer; wherein the graphene layer is amino (—NH2)-modified. The amino (—NH2)-modified graphene layer effectively enhances sensitivity of a detection device having the biosensing chip. The biosensing chip is applicable to detection of various biological molecules.
