  • Patent number: 10927895
Abstract: A dustproof bearing assembly includes a base having a shaft tube. The shaft tube has an open end with an opening. At least one bearing is coupled to an inner periphery of the shaft tube. A rotating member includes a shaft seat. A shaft includes a first end coupled to the shaft seat and a second end extending through a shaft-receiving hole of the at least one bearing. A dustproof member includes a lower face and an upper face. The lower face is spaced from the open end of the shaft tube. The dustproof member covers the opening. The upper face of the dustproof member abuts a bottom of the shaft seat. The dustproof member has an outer diameter larger than an inner diameter of the shaft tube. The dustproof bearing assembly can be used in a motor.

  • Patent number: 9897094
Abstract: An axial flow fan is provided. The axial flow fan includes an impeller and a fan frame. The impeller has a maximum outer diameter. The fan frame includes a first body and a second body. The first body includes a plurality of connecting elements and a base. The connecting elements are connected to the base. The second body is a hollow body, and used for disposing around the impeller. The second body includes a flow passage having a minimum inner diameter. The minimum inner diameter of the flow passage is not larger than the maximum outer diameter of the impeller. Therefore, the size of the second body does not restrict the maximum outer diameter of the impeller, and the shape of the impeller and the shape of the fan frame can be designed flexibly according to the practical demand.

  • Patent number: 6727626
Abstract: A balancing plate comprises an axial hole for engagement with a stator and at least two induction edges symmetrically arranged with respect to the axial hole. Each induction edge includes an arc length that is not greater than a length of one of plural poles of an annular permanent magnet of a rotor. When the motor rests, the induction edges of the balancing plate face at least two of the poles of the annular permanent magnet having the same polarity, forming a mating therebetween to thereby allow easy restarting of the motor.

  • Publication number: 20030223865
Abstract: A casing for a heat-dissipating fan defines a space having an air inlet and an air outlet. A bottom plate is provided in the air outlet. The bottom plate rotatably supports a fan wheel having a hub and a plurality of blades extending outward from the hub. An annular wall is formed on the bottom plate and has an outer wall face that tapers gradually toward the bottom plate to form a conic shape.
