Abstract: A method for controlling and adjusting a machining parameter of a processing machine detects and acquires information of workpieces during processing, and calculates an error compensation depending on the detected information and a mathematical model. The error compensation is compared with a first preset value and a determination made as to whether the error compensation is greater than a first preset value. The machining parameter is adjusted when the error compensation is not greater than the first preset value, the processing machine can be stopped if greater. An apparatus, and a non-transitory computer readable medium for controlling the machining parameter are also disclosed.

  • Publication number: 20120127117
Abstract: A capacitive touchscreen structure comprises in sequence a surface substrate including a top surface having a touch area, and a bottom surface opposite to the top surface; and a transparent conductive layer formed on the bottom surface of the surface substrate and having at least one electrode pattern arranged on the lateral side of the transparent conductive layer. When an external voltage is applied to the electrode pattern, a surface capacitance is generated on the touch area and variation of the surface capacitance is detected to determine a position where a user touches. A terminal impedance exists between the electrode patterns and has a value of 800-2000?. As the surface substrate is arranged on the surface of the overall capacitive touchscreen structure of the present invention, the capacitive touchscreen structure of the present invention is more durable and has higher yield.

  • Publication number: 20090011521
Abstract: The invention, the manufacturing process and operation method for forming the streptavidin surface acoustic wave (SAW) immunosensor apparatus is disclosed. Firstly, the PZT film is formed on silicon substrate by using the micro-powder-sol-gel method. Then, the metal transducer electrodes are coated on the PZT film using semiconductor process technology to produce the SAW. Finally, the sensing area of the SAW element is modified by streptavidin to form the streptavidin SAW immunosensor. The invention could be used for examining the ligand decorated by biotin, also for examining antibody.
