  • Publication number: 20090267841
Abstract: The present invention provides an assembled film antenna structure. The antenna structure includes a substrate, a feeder and conductive medium. The substrate is provided with a conductive thin-profile antenna body. The antenna body includes a signal connector. One side of the conductive medium is connected with the feeder, and the other side is assembled and positioned securely onto the signal connector of antenna body. An anchor protrudes from one side of the conductive medium, and the anchor is embedded into the antenna body and substrate via hot pressing. Thus, the conductive medium and antenna body can be assembled in a more simple and fast way, generating an improved applicability and industrial efficiency.

  • Publication number: 20030000046
Abstract: A free positioning hinge is especially used to a notebook computer, an electronic dictionary, a personal digital assistant, etc. for opening covers of these devices, or is used to a rear view mirror of a car. The free positioning hinge is formed by pivotally engaging a rotary shaft with a sleeve. The sleeve is formed by a plurality of stacking closed pads. Each pad has an axial hole. A hollow neck extends from the axial hole and two hollow shoulders are extended from the neck, thereby, two flexible arm portions being formed between the axial hole, the two shoulders, and the neck. The friction surface of the sleeve has a preferred flexibility so that it is difficult to damage the components assembled thereto. Furthermore, oil stored in the holes may provide a proper lubrication ability so as to prolong the lifetime of the device.

  • Publication number: 20020144378
Abstract: A free-positioning hinge includes a rotary shaft and a sleeve. The free-positioning hinge is suitable to be used in an open-able device. The sleeve is formed by a plurality of equilateral triangular sheets which are stacked one by one. The center portion of each side of each triangular sheet is extended with a tongue. The center of the triangular sheets is formed as a round main axial hole having a diameter approximately equal to that of the rotary shaft. Furthermore, at each apex of each triangular sheet aside the main axial hole is disposed with a semi-circular sub-hole so as to increase the flexibility of the equilateral triangular sheets. Therefore, oil stored in the sub-holes can be supplemented to the friction surface between the sleeve and the rotary shaft so as to retain in a lubricating condition.

  • Publication number: 20020042971
Abstract: A hinge torsion device having a tubular sleeve is disclosed. The hinge torsion device is suitable for electronic devices (such as notebook computers or PDAs). The hinge torsion device comprises a friction element, and a rotary shaft. The friction element is tightly and coaxially inserted into the sleeve, and the rotary shaft is pivotally installed to the friction element. The friction element has an axial hole for being pivotally installed with the rotary shaft. The axial hole is disposed eccentrically. The wall of the friction element has a slot axially arranged and penetrating the wall of the friction element. Thereby, the strength of the cross section of the friction element is enhanced.

  • Publication number: 20020042970
Abstract: A torsion-generating device capable of assembling with a pivot shaft device is disclosed. By the torsion-generating device, the orientation of an object installed with the pivot shaft device is adjustable. The torsion-generating device comprises a first retaining unit and a second retaining unit. Each of the first retaining unit and second retaining unit comprise a plurality of first friction arms and a plurality of second friction arms. The friction arms extend axially and are parallel to each other; and a proper gap is formed between each two adjacent friction arms. The second friction arms are arranged with respect to the first friction arms. The first friction arms are connected by a first connecting portion, and the second friction arms are connected by a second connecting portion. Thereby, the torsion-generating device can be assembled to the pivot shaft device rapidly.

  • Publication number: 20020043002
Abstract: A pivot shaft device installed between an object and a body for adjusting a relative angle therebetween is disclosed. The pivot shaft device comprises an axial shaft, an axial sleeve and at least one retaining element. Each retaining element has a plurality of friction arms and at least one positioning portion. The plurality of friction arms are arranged along the axial direction of the axial sleeve and are parallel to each other. The positioning portion is integrally connected to each of the ends of the friction arms. When the axial shaft inserts into the axial sleeve installed with the retaining element, as the object rotates with respect to the body, a steady torsional force is generated by the interaction of the friction arms and the first axial portion.
