  • Publication number: 20220010185
Abstract: The present disclosure provides a latent heat storage material that has a low risk of leakage and a low moisture absorbency that is highly workable. The latent heat storage material includes a heat storage material and a surface layer containing a cured product of a reaction curable liquid resin. The heat storage material contains an inorganic latent heat storage material composition containing an inorganic latent heat agent and a thickener. The surface layer has a specific type E hardness value, a specific 100% modulus, and a specific elongation percentage at break.

  • Publication number: 20180312653
Abstract: A modified silicone resin foam is obtained by curing a foamable liquid resin composition including: 100 parts by weight of a base material resin (A) composed of 65 to 95 parts by weight of a polymer (a) and 5 to 35 parts by weight of a reactive plasticizer (b); 0.1 to 5 parts by weight of a silanol condensation catalyst (B); and 2 to 40 parts by weight of a chemical foaming agent (C). The polymer (a) contains 1.0 to 2.0 reactive silicon groups in a molecular chain and has a main chain comprising oxyalkylene-based units. The reactive plasticizer (b) is a polymer containing 1.0 or fewer reactive silicon groups at one terminal end of a molecular chain and has a main chain comprising oxyalkylene-based units. A percent elongation of the foam is 300 to 1000% in a 25° C. atmosphere.

  • Publication number: 20170226305
Abstract: An object of the present invention is to provide a modified silicone resin foam that can be foamed without generating hydrogen as a by-product, while maintaining excellent texture and flexibility. The present invention provides a modified silicone resin foam obtained by curing a foamable liquid resin composition, the foamable liquid resin composition containing 100 parts by weight of a base resin, 0.1 to 5 parts by weight of a silanol condensation catalyst, and 2 to 40 parts by weight of a chemical foaming agent, the base resin including a polymer having in its molecular chain at least one silyl group that contains a hydrolyzable group bonded to a silicon atom and can be crosslinked by forming a siloxane bond, the polymer having a backbone composed of oxyalkylene units, the foam having an ASKER FP hardness of 60 or less in a 25° C. atmosphere.
