    Abstract: Provided is a viscous composition that does not lose its ease of handling even after long-term storage and is easily returned to a uniform composition even if layer separation occurs, despite containing a high concentration of a partially neutralized product of a polymer containing ethylenically unsaturated carboxylic acid units.
