  • Patent number: 8710359
Abstract: A display module is provided, which includes a first and a second substrates, a transparent type solar cell, a display device, an electric power storage device, a driving circuit and a power supply transfer switch. In the display module, the first substrate, the transparent type solar cell, the display device and the second substrate are successively arranged according to an incident direction of a light source. The transparent type solar cell has a visible light transmittance of 10%-40% and a color temperature (Tc) larger than 2400K. The electric power storage device is connected to the transparent type solar cell for storing electric power there from, and the driving circuit is connected to the display device for driving the same. The power supply transfer switch is used for transferring the electric power into the electric power storage device or the driving circuit.

  • Publication number: 20110132758
Abstract: A structure for increasing utilization rate of target is disclosed, which comprises: a magnetic base, capable of moving relative to a target in a reciprocating manner; and two magnetic conductors, disposed respectively at two motion limits with respect to the reciprocating range of the magnetic base. Thereby, when the magnetic base is moved to a position close to any one of magnetic conductors, the surface magnetic field intensity of the target that is caused by the magnetic base is reduced so that the ion bombardment happening at the two ends of the target will be eased off for increasing the utilization rate of the target.

  • Publication number: 20100126579
Abstract: A solar cell having a reflective structure is provided, which includes a front contact, a P layer, an I layer, an N layer, and a back contact that are stacked together. The solar cell having the reflective structure is characterized in that the N layer is a layer of low refraction index, and a refraction index of the layer of low refraction index is lower than that of the I layer. Furthermore, the N layer may be a multi-layer structure consisting of several films in which films with low refraction indexes and films with high refraction indexes are stacked alternately. The film in contact with the I layer in the multi-layer structure is a film of low refraction index. A refraction index of the film of low refraction index is lower than that of the I layer.

  • Publication number: 20100126577
Abstract: A guided mode resonance solar cell includes a solar cell body and a guided mode resonance unit. The solar cell body is used for converting optical energy into electrical energy. The guided mode resonance unit is formed on the solar cell body, and includes a grating structure and a waveguide structure. The grating structure includes multiple sub-wavelength light pillars. When a light emitted from a light source is incident onto the grating structure, a resonant of the light occurs in the grating structure to facilitate trapping the light in the waveguide structure and elongating an optical path length.
