  • Publication number: 20030011992
Abstract: A heat dissipater comprises a heat expansion device having a cavity; and a heat transfer medium filled in the cavity, wherein the heat transfer medium is paraffin, water, methanol, mercury, etc. When heat expansion device is in contact with a heat source, heat is transferred to the heat transfer medium so that heat transfer medium is heated gradually to generate heat convection; and then heat is transferred to other positions of the heat expansion device so that heat is expanded.

  • Publication number: 20030000689
Abstract: A heat dissipater has a heat conductive device. The heat conductive device has a cavity therein. The cavity is filled with heat transfer medium. A plurality of heat transfer elements are installed in the heat conductive device. The heat conductive device is made of material with good conductivity, such as aluminum or copper. The heat transfer medium is a liquid in a normal temperature, such as paraffin, water, alcohol or mercury. The heat transfer medium is in contact with the heat source, the heat will be transferred to the heat transfer element of the heat conductive device so as to have the effect of heat conduction and dissipating.

  • Patent number: 6415853
Abstract: The present invention provides a wind cover locking element structure of heat radiator comprising a locking element, a heat radiator, a wind cover, and a socket. Projective sheet bodies are disposed at both sides of openings on two sideboards of the wind cover. The sheet bodies have abutting and positioning functions. When the locking element and the socket are locked together, the sheet bodies can abut against the locking portions of the locking element so as to be positioned, thereby reducing the shift between the locking element and the heat radiator. The heat radiator can thus be accurately stuck on a CPU.

  • Patent number: 6134106
Abstract: A winding chain dissipating unit suitable for an electronic device is disclosed. The winding chain dissipating unit has a winding chain outer tube, a winding chain inner tube, and heat pipe within the winding chain inner tube. The inner diameter of the winding chain outer tube is matched with the outer diameter of the winding chain inner tube so as to have a smaller front end and a larger rear end. Moreover, an elastic element is installed at a position between the front end of the winding chain inner tube and the front wall of the winding chain outer tube so that the winding chain inner tube generates a continuously front pulling force to the winding chain outer tube. Once a wear from rotation friction therebetween is formed, the winding chain inner tube will move forwards gradually so as to automatically adjust and compensate the gap from the wear.
