  • Publication number: 20230051419
Abstract: The present invention provides a safety device for socket, which comprises a switching circuit, a control module, and a detection module. The switching circuit is coupled between a supply main and an internal transmission structure of a socket. The control module is coupled to and controls the switching circuit. The detection module is coupled to the control module and outputs a detection signal. The control module controls the turning-on or cutoff of the switching circuit according to the detection signal. When the plug is not inserted into the socket, the control module cuts off the switching circuit. Then the power source from the supply main will not be transmitted to the internal transmission structure of the socket. After the plug is inserted into the socket, the control module turns on the switching circuit. Then the power source from the supply main will be transmitted to the plug via the switching circuit and the internal transmission structure of the socket.

  • Patent number: 9063869
Abstract: According to one exemplary embodiment, a method for storing and rebuilding data computes a corresponding parity after receiving an Input/Output command, and based on the parity, determines whether a final stripe corresponding to the Input/Output command is a full stripe. When the final stripe is a full stripe, a plurality of data and a parity corresponding to the Input/Output command are stored into a main hyper erase unit (HEU) in a disk storage system. When the final stripe is not a full stripe, a final parity is re-computed and written into at least two parity pages of a buffering HEU.

  • Patent number: 7737949
Abstract: A control circuit having a drive circuit and a controller adapted for use in optical mice is disclosed. The drive circuit is connected between first and second ports and passes a current between those ports having an amplitude determined by a control signal that is generated by the controller. The first port is connected to an illumination device and the second port is connected to a power rail. The control circuit also includes a potential measuring circuit that generates a signal indicative of a drive circuit potential between the first and second ports. The controller records the drive circuit potential for a predetermined current when the first port is connected to an illumination device. The controller sets the control signal based on the recorded drive circuit potential. The control circuit can record the drive circuit potential when the controller is powered.
