  • Publication number: 20080298988
Abstract: An air pump having an adjustable interval between an electromagnetic device and an air chamber includes at least a upper cap, a base, an electromagnetic device, an air chamber and a regulator. The regulator has a rotary knob to drive a bolt and move a coupling member up and down. The coupling member has struts at two sides to force a guiding slot of a coupling seat to move thereby to drive the electromagnetic device to move forwards and rearwards for adjustment. As a result the moving frequency of the crank in the air chamber can be altered to adjust the air supply amount being delivered.

  • Publication number: 20070237653
Abstract: An air pump for aquariums to reduce noise and shrink the casing includes at least one air pump assembly in the casing. The air pump assembly has an air delivery duct communicating with a muffling chamber located on an outer bottom side of the base of the casing. Air discharged by the air pump assembly passes through a circuitous path in the muffling chamber. Thus noise can be reduced. The casing also can be shrunk to a smaller size.

  • Publication number: 20070102413
Abstract: A heat preservation pad to maintain a warm condition for a long period of time includes a base, a upper cap, an inner box and a heating assembly. The base is coupled with the upper cap to form a housing compartment to hold the inner box. The inner box contains a heat transfer medium wax and has a bottom surface attached to the heating assembly to generate heat energy. The heating assembly contains a thermostat which constantly detects the temperature of the inner box to turn on or off electric power supply. Through heat transfer of the inner box the heat preservation pad can maintain a warm condition for a long period of time even if the electric power is absent.

  • Publication number: 20060037159
Abstract: An aquarium cleaning mop for cleaning aquarium walls is equipped with a replaceable mophead and is adjustable angularly. It mainly includes a handle, an anchor seat and a presser plate. The handle has a pivot head on one end that has an arched gear rack to pivotally couple with the anchor seat and engage with a tooth of the anchor seat to adjust angle. The anchor seat also has guide tracks on two sides to couple with the presser plate which attaches to a mophead for cleaning. The cleaning mop thus formed enables users to adjust the angle of the handle and the mophead according to requirements to improve cleaning of the aquarium. Different types of mopheads may also be changed and replaced for cleaning the aquarium made of different materials.

  • Publication number: 20050158189
Abstract: A small air pump and particularly a small air pump adopted for use on small fish bowls to provide required air includes a solenoid assembly and an air chamber assembly. The solenoid assembly can generate intermittent electromagnetic force to pump air in the air chamber assembly to supply air to a small fish bowl.

  • Patent number: 6708646
Abstract: A cooling pad for pets and particularly a novel cooling pad aims at overcoming the disadvantage of poor heat dissipation occurred to conventional cooling pads that are in close contact with the ground surface. It includes a base which has an upper surface forming bulged ribs to hold a cooling pad body and form an upper space, and a bottom surface having ridges connecting to bulged peripheral rims of the base to be in contact with the ground surface and with the rest areas forming an indented lower space. An anchor frame is provided that has a loop of retaining flange to couple with the cooling pad body and the base. The cooling pad body is spaced from the ground surface through the upper space and the lower space to facilitate heat dissipation and provide the pets a comfortable lying environment. In addition, the rough edges of the cooling pad body are covered to protect the pets from injury.

  • Patent number: 6694917
Abstract: A feeding apparatus and particularly a feeding apparatus capable of feeding pet fish or pets randomly or at a selected time interval. It includes a case and a control dock housed in the case. A first control button and a second control button are provided to selectively activate the motor on the control dock to operate at a selected time interval or randomly, thereby a feed box is driven to rotate synchronously. When the feed discharge outlet faces downwards, feeds are poured into a tank to feed the pet fish or pets. The control dock also has a main gear which has an axle coupling with a cam. The cam will trigger a microswitch to stop motor operation when reaches a selected location to achieve timer or random feeding for the pet fish or pets.

  • Patent number: 6658205
Abstract: An apparatus for adjusting temperature variation value correction of an aquarium heating tube and particularly an apparatus that is capable of adjusting temperature variation correction of an aquarium heating tube according to use conditions of the aquarium includes an adjusting dock with a duct extending upwards to house a screw rod. The screw rod has an upper end to fasten to a squared rotary rod which is extended outside an upper lid to couple with a spline round hole formed on a rotary knob. The screw rod has a lower end mating a biased member to accurately adjust the interval of a first electric contact of a movable strip and a second electric contact of an electrode thereby to control electric connection or break. By pulling the rotary knob away from the rotary rod and turning to a correcting temperature variation value, the heated temperature may be coincided with the actual water temperature.
