Further, the lighting apparatus includes a holding unit including a holding member in which at least a portion of a surface is formed as a concave surface corresponding to the convex surface when seen in a cross-section perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the lighting unit. When seen in the cross-section, the convex surface has, in a region that faces the concave surface, a portion that is brought into contact with the concave surface, and a portion that is not brought into contact with the concave surface.
