    Abstract: A handle has a rod body and a handle. The rod body and the handle are installed with an illuminating device and driving structures. The rod body is formed by a first driving rod and a second driving rod. One end of the rod body is formed with a driving structure which is formed by a teethed half ball. One end of the second driving rod is installed with an opener head and another end of the second driving rod is formed with another driving structure which is a teethed half ball. The driving structure of the first driving rod and the driving structure of the second driving rod are engaged and then they are sleeved by the sleeve; thereby, the rod body can be bent with a predetermined angle and has a function of illumination.

    Abstract: A Li-ion polymer battery and methods for its fabrication. A first and second layer, of a polymer/particulate material composition, separate and bind each anode and cathode. The polymer of the first layer and its associated solvent differ from the polymer of the second layer and its associated solvent. Solubility requirements are such that the polymer of the first layer is non-soluble in the solvent of the second layer, and the polymer of the second layer is non-soluble in the solvent of the first layer. The polymers and particulate materials of the layers form a porous structure for containing the electrolyte of the battery so as to eliminate the need for a substantial case for enclosing the battery.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention relate to a method of making an IC capacitor. In one embodiment, the method comprises providing a substrate, forming a polycide layer on the substrate, and forming an insulating amorphous silicon layer on the polycide layer. The insulating amorphous silicon layer serves as an anti-reflection layer. The method further comprises implanting n-type ions into the insulating amorphous silicon layer to transform the insulating amorphous silicon layer into a conductive amorphous silicon layer, and patterning the polycide layer and the conductive amorphous silicon layer to form a bottom electrode on the substrate. A dielectric layer is formed on the bottom electrode and the substrate, and a conductor layer is formed on the dielectric layer. The conductor layer is patterned to form a top electrode on the dielectric layer.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention are directed to a method of forming a bottom oxide layer in a trench on a semiconductor substrate. In one embodiment, a method for forming a bottom oxide layer in a trench on a semiconductor substrate comprises depositing an oxide layer along the surface of the sidewall and the bottom of a trench on a semiconductor substrate which has top layers, depositing a nitride layer along the surface of the said oxide layer, and forming a photo-resist filler in a trench. The top surface of the photo-resist filler is lower than the top surface of the substrate to expose a portion of the nitride layer uncovered by the photo-resist filler. The exposed portion of the nitride layer is removed to expose the oxide layer underneath. A portion of the oxide layer on the sidewalls of a trench is removed to form a bottom oxide layer in a trench.

    Abstract: An electrolytic solution formulation for an electropolishing process comprises at least an acid solution and an organic additive. The acid solution includes phosphoric acid or a mixture of phosphoric acid and sulfuric acid solutions, which can form a passivation layer on the surface of the metal layer. The additive comprises at least an acid group, wherein the diffusion of the organic additive is controlled in which a concentration gradient is formed in the opening of the metal layer. The electropolishing rate at the top of the opening is thereby faster than that at the bottom of the opening. The organic additive is selected from a monocarboxylic acid compound, a dicarboxylic acid compound, a tricarboxylic acid compound, a heterocyclic carboxylic acid compound or a sulfonic acid compound.

The protocol detection circuit, which is coupled to the operation interface and to the first and second protocol circuits, monitors control signals provided to the operation interface by a host controller to determine which communication protocol the host controller employs. The back pressure control method includes the steps of: establishing a current-pressure relationship table according to mechanism design of the injection molding machine and torque values of the injection servo motor; setting a back pressure value and a rotation speed of the metering servo motor for each metering position; retrieving a current value corresponding to a maximal set value of back pressure according to the current-pressure relationship table, so as to obtain a torque upper-limit value outputted by the injection molding machine; and setting output from a position controller of the position circuit to be zero.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a servo drive type automatic mold-adjusting control method. When a toggle of a mold-clamping unit of a servo drive type injection molding machine stretches straight, if a mobile moldboard exactly contacts a static moldboard, the mold-clamping force will be near zero at this time. Assume the toggle recedes a distance and a mold-adjusting board and the mobile moldboard move forwards another distance and are then fixed, if the toggle stretches straight at this time, the mobile moldboard cannot move forwards continually because it already contacts the static moldboard. Therefore, advance of the motor will result in deformation of tie bars, hence building the mold-locking force.

    Abstract: The present invention is a fixture for reflection mirror. Wherein a plurality of adhering sections are set on surrounding edges inside a rear frame of a rear projection television. Depending on dimensions and weights of different reflection mirrors, an area of the adhering section can be adjusted. Then to coat glue on adhering sections, and the back surrounding edges of the reflection mirror is stuck on the adhering sections, therefore the reflection mirror is fixed on the rear frame. Due to the adhering sections being on the back of the reflection mirror, the reflection mirror is used as a reflection surface of reflecting a light beam back to a screen without blocking of the adhering sections and interference of the rear frame so as to effectively use the reflection surface.
