Abstract: A water-cooling apparatus includes a chassis, a structure assembly, a controller, a tray assembly, and a leakage sensor. The chassis is configured to accommodate at least one tray assembly, power and cooling medium circulation being supplied to the tray assembly through a power supply circuit and a cooling circulation pipeline. The structure assembly is arranged on a front side and a rear side of the tray assembly and configured to fix or release the tray assembly. A direction in which the tray assembly slides after being released is the rear side. The front side is opposite the rear side. A power source of the power supply circuit and a valve of the cooling circulation pipeline of the tray assembly are turned off after the tray assembly is released by the structure assembly.

The immersion cooling device includes a tank providing cooling by immersion and a liquid supply equipment. The tank providing cooling by immersion communicates with the liquid supply equipment and accommodates the heating component and the cooling liquid. The tank providing cooling by immersion includes a mounting bracket, a cooling box, and a sealing plate. The cooling box is positioned in the mounting bracket, the cooling box comprising a plurality of walls, the plurality of walls surround a reception space, the reception space comprising a first opening. The sealing plate is detachably connected or rotatably connected the cooling box, and is used to close or reveal the first opening. Each the walls is made of thermoplastic plastic, and any two abutting walls are fixed by plastic welding.

The first resilient member includes two resilient rods and a latch rod. Each tail end of the first resilient rod is extended upwards.
