  • Patent number: 11614819
Abstract: A system may include a display driven using display driving circuitry to present an image via pixels. The display driving circuitry may include a sensor core compatible with one or more strain sensing circuits. The same sensor core may be used by a control system of the display to sense a stress applied to a strained region of a display using a current divider sensing circuit and/or a Wheatstone bridge sensing circuit.

  • Patent number: 10217402
Abstract: Methods and devices useful in compensating for VDD and VTH variations in a micro light-emitting diode (micro-LED) display are provided. By way of example, an LED driver includes a first transistor having a first source coupled to an upper voltage rail (VDD), a first gate, and a first drain. The LED driver includes a second transistor having a second source coupled to the first drain of the first transistor, a second gate, and a second drain coupled to the LED. The second transistor is configured to receive the drive current signal from the first transistor and supply the drive current signal to the LED. The LED driver includes compensation circuitry configured to adjust the drive current signal such that the drive current signal is independent of the upper voltage rail (VDD) and a threshold voltage (VTH) of the first transistor or the second transistor.

  • Patent number: 7639073
Abstract: A switch-capacitor (“SC”) amplifier includes a two-stage operational amplifier (“OP-AMP”), an input SC network, and a feedback SC network. The two-stage OP-AMP includes a first OP-AMP stage having an output coupled to an input of a second OP-AMP stage. The input SC network is coupled to an input of the first OP-AMP stage. The feedback SC network is configured to selectively couple the output of the first OP-AMP stage to the input of the first OP-AMP stage during a first phase of operation of the SC amplifier and to couple an output of the second OP-AMP stage to the input of the first OP-AMP stage during a second phase of operation of the SC amplifier.
