Abstract: A semiconductor structure includes a first tier, a redistribution circuit structure, and a second tier. The first tier includes at least one first die. The redistribution circuit structure is disposed on the first tier and electrically coupled to the at least one first die, where the redistribution circuit structure has a multi-layer structure and includes a vertical connection structure continuously extending from a first side of the redistribution circuit structure to a second side of the redistribution circuit structure, and the first side is opposite to the second side along a stacking direction of the first tier and the redistribution circuit structure. The second tier includes a plurality of second dies, and is disposed on and electrically coupled to the redistribution circuit structure.

Abstract: An image positioning system capable of real-time positioning compensation includes a 3D marking device, a photographing device, a 3D scanning device, a beam splitter, and a processing unit. The 3D marking device has a polyhedral cube. The beam splitter is configured to cause the photographing device and the 3D scanning device to capture an image of and scan the 3D marking device respectively from the same field of view. The processing unit is configured to calculate image data and 3D scanning data generated respectively by the photographing device and the 3D scanning device to obtain a positioning compensation amount and perform positioning compensation.

Abstract: A memory management method and a memory architecture for transmitting ultra-wideband (UWB) prioritized channel access (PCA) frames are provided. The method comprises the steps of assigning a pre-load queue to each of a plurality of access categories for storing UWB PCA frames to be transmitted, and, when one of the access categories gains transmission opportunity (TXOP), assigning a common area queue to that access category for storing UWB PCA frames to be transmitted. Moreover, when a UWB PCA frame in one of the pre-load queues reaches a predetermined size, the access category corresponding to the pre-load queue starts its backoff state machine in order to gain the TXOP.
