  • Patent number: 11207566
Abstract: A balance trainer having a dome and a base formed integrally is provided. Also, a mold assembly for manufacturing the balance trainer that has a dome mold, a girdle, and a cover is provided. The girdle is sleeved on the dome mold and the cover is fixed on the girdle and thereby a cavity is formed in the mold assembly. Furthermore, a manufacturing process of the balance trainer is also provided. The process has the following steps: preparing ingredients of the dome and the base; feeding the ingredients of the dome into the dome mold; fixing a membrane on the dome mold via the girdle; feeding the ingredients of the base; sealing the ingredients via the cover; and then rotational molding. With the process and the mold, the rotational molding step can mold two materials at the same time, so the product can have two parts with different hardness.

  • Publication number: 20150251375
Abstract: A floor mat has a rubber layer, a foam layer and a fabric layer. The foam layer is mounted on the rubber layer. The fabric layer is mounted on the foam layer. The foam layer effectively increases a thickness of the floor mat, and thus provides enhanced relief effect. A material of the foam layer costs much lower than a material of the rubber layer, such that the cost of the floor mat is reduced.

  • Publication number: 20140066270
Abstract: The present invention relates to a structure of exercise cord, which includes at least one elastic cord having two ends of which at least one is provided with a grip. The grip has two ends at top side extending between which is a handhold and a base seat is provided at the side opposite to the handhold. The base seat forms three retainer seats that extend through a bottom of the base seat. Each of the retainer seats has an upper end forming a circumferential recess and including therein a clamp extending to middle of the retainer seat. Three anchoring plugs are each provided with a retention rim at an upper end thereof and forming a cord extension hole in a lower end and also including a coupling section formed on a side thereof. The three anchoring plugs are respectively receivable in the thee retainer seats.

  • Publication number: 20100319169
Abstract: A fastener structure is provided for fastening an elastic object and includes a bore-carrying fastening member and a pivot-carrying fastening member, which form grip band receiving holes and receiving channels and which have inner sides forming concave arc surfaces. The bore-carrying fastening member forms a bore that rotatably receives a pivot formed on the pivot-carrying fastening member therein. The locking member forms two flanges, which are respectively receivable in the receiving channels of the bore-carrying fastening member and the pivot-carrying fastening member so that the bore-carrying fastening member and the pivot-carrying fastening member are combinable together with the locking member with the concave arc surfaces of the bore-carrying fastening member and the pivot-carrying fastening member and a concave arc surface of the locking member together define and delimit a conic bore for receiving and fastening the elastic object.

  • Publication number: 20050147501
Abstract: A magnetized fan and a method of fabricating the same are disclosed. The fan has a hub and a plurality of blades radially extending from a periphery of the hub. The fan is fabricated from magnetic material. Thereby, sectors are formed multiple N and S poles. To fabricate the fan, the N and S poles are arranged in accordance with the requirement of the sectors, and the magnetic material is injected to the fan according to the arrangement of the N and S poles. The magnetic material is then magnetized to generate magnetic force.

  • Patent number: 6895627
Abstract: A blackboard eraser including a cube having two semi-cylindrical grooves symmetrically arranged in a longitudinal direction therein, and a central brush atop an elevated surface formed between the two grooves. A longitudinal groove is defined underneath each of the send-cylindrical grooves, and equal-length side brushes, which are affixed to an inner surface of a lid, are respectively positioned in the longitudinal grooves. Two grooves are arranged adjacent to each end of the semi-cylindrical grooves, which provide for a shaft affixed to each end of a roller to dispose therein. The brushes and the rollers form the eraser, which are enclosed within a closed chamber between the lid and the two semi-cylindrical grooves. When erasing chalk dust from a blackboard, the chalk dust sticks to the rollers and is carried to the side brushes. The side brushes then wipes the dust, which falls into the closed chamber.
