Abstract: A stand includes a frame and a base. The frame includes a hook, a main body and a pivoting part. The main body is connected between the hook and the pivoting part. The hook has a groove, allowing the frame to be rotated relative to a rod by taking an extending direction of the groove as an axis of rotation. The base is pivoted to the pivoting part, allowing the base to be folded or unfolded relative to the frame so as to adjust an angle between the base and the main body of the frame.
