    Abstract: A memory device is provided, including a memory array, a driver circuit, and recover circuit. The memory array includes multiple memory cells. Each memory cell is coupled to a control line, a data line, and a source line and, during a normal operation, is configured to receive first and second voltage signals. The driver circuit is configured to output at least one of the first voltage signal or the second voltage signal to the memory cells. The recover circuit is configured to output, during a recover operation, a third voltage signal, through the driver circuit to at least one of the memory cells. The third voltage signal is configured to have a first voltage level that is higher than a highest level of the first voltage signal or the second voltage signal, or lower than a lowest level of the first voltage signal or the second voltage signal.

    Abstract: A centrifugal filter comprises a top flow guiding assembly, a water inlet flow guiding assembly, a recessed flow guiding assembly, and an impurity flow guiding assembly, in which a liquid entering from a water inlet opening of the water inlet flow guiding assembly can generate a convolution in an inner portion of the recessed flow guiding assembly. After convoluting to a bottom portion of the recessed flow guiding assembly, heavier impurity components comprised by the liquid flows downwardly into the impurity flow guiding assembly, and the liquid without the impurity components convolutes upwardly. Finally, the top cover portion outwardly discharges the liquid without the impurity components.

    Abstract: A thermocautery block is formed by mixing alumina, zirconium silicate, feldspar, pottery stone, siliceous limestone, kaolin, Gairome clay (Japan), and black soil with water; evenly stirring the mixture; compressing, dehydrating, and extruding the mixture into polygonal blocks; and drying, kilning, and cooling the blocks. The thermocautery block has a high density and a hardness higher than 6.0, and could store thermal energy after being heated for a short time. The stored thermal energy is progressively released via superficial areas of the block other than corners thereof to produce the effect of progressive temperature rise.
