  • Publication number: 20090049989
Abstract: A welding smog disposing machine includes a depositing frame and a machine box. The machine box is positioned on the depositing frame combined with a contractible frame for receiving a different-sized automatic worktable therein. The machine box has its interior partitioned into a filtration chamber and an exhaust chamber communicating with each other. The exhaust chamber has its bottom bored with an air intake for embers to enter therethrough. After embers produced by the automatic worktable is pumped to the interior of the machine box, the exhaust chamber filtrates oily smog, filthy air and impurities and then the filtration chamber carries out filtration for a second time. Thus, the embers can be cleaned out and filtrated, and the air exhausted out is completely unpolluted, effectively maintaining good quality of air in a work environment.

  • Patent number: 7473496
Abstract: A method of repairing opaque defects on a photolithography mask avoids damage to the mask substrate while providing improved repair results. A chrome mask pattern is first covered with a layer of carbon, following which the entire mask is covered with a layer of photoresist. Portions of the photoresist are then etched away to expose the defect, while other portions remain covering the carbon. The defect is etched away while the carbon protects the adjacent areas of the chrome mask pattern. Following removal of the defect, the remaining areas of photoresist and carbon are then removed.

  • Publication number: 20080289506
Abstract: A portable welding smog disposing machine includes a machine box formed with an accommodating space disposed at an intermediate portion with a filter plate set, which partitions the accommodating space into a front and a rear accommodating chamber. The front accommodating chamber has its topside bored with a through hole extending upward and its front side formed with an opening having a door plank pivotally assembled thereon. An ember obstruction device is fixed on the inner side of the door plank and received inside the front accommodating chamber. By so designing, the embers produced during electric welding will be pumped to directly drop into the ember obstruction device through the through hole to be collected therein so as to prevent the embers from getting into the machine box.

  • Publication number: 20080202344
Abstract: An oil fog separator includes a filtering chamber, a filtering device, and a gas-exhausting chamber. The filtering chamber communicates with the exhausting chamber by an air hole, having an accommodating space and a lower portion separated by an intermediate wall from the accommodating space and having an inlet for oil fog to enter. The filtering device is installed in the accommodating space, composed of a filter and a vibrating motor. Then the filter filters oil fog mixed in the air sucked in for the first time, and liquid oil produced is exhausted by the vibrating motor. Filtered oil fog by the filter is then sucked by a vane-wheel in the gas exhausting chamber, and then led in the odor treating device for filtering for the second time to become completely clean gas to be exhausted out in the air.

  • Publication number: 20080069380
Abstract: The invention relates to a device for dynamically adjusting volume within communication apparatus. The communication apparatus includes a speaker and an amplifier electrically connected to the speaker. The device is configured in the communication apparatus and includes a distance sensing unit and a signal processing circuit. The distance sensing unit is used for sensing a distance between the communication apparatus and a user to obtain a distance data. The signal processing circuit is used for dynamically adjusting a gain of the amplifier according to the distance data. The amplifier amplifies an input signal by the gain and then outputs an output signal to the speaker. Therefore, the output volume of the communication apparatus can be dynamically adjusted instead of being manually adjusted.

  • Patent number: 7217307
Abstract: A dust collector with an invertible wind exhausting case includes a wind exhausting case having an upper and lower cover, which is respectively provided with two threaded holes of the same size in two lateral sidewalls. Two bolts combine tightly the lower cover with each of two upper horizontal tubes of two upper side frames of a platform truck, by screwing the threaded holes. The threaded holes of the upper cover are sealed up with bolts. In case the position of the fan motor and the sucking tube vase is needed to be inverted upside down, it is enough to screw loose the seal bolts of the platform truck and those of the upper cover and then the wind exhausting case can be inverted upside down and then seal bolts are screwed tight again. Thus the inverting work of the invention is much more simplified than a conventional one.
