  • Publication number: 20220322827
Abstract: A slip-resistant seat includes a seat and anti-slip units. The seat includes a rest portion, legs and butting portions. The legs are disposed below the rest portion. The butting portions are disposed beside the legs, respectively. The anti-slip units are disposed at the legs, respectively. The anti-slip units each include a fitting element, anti-slip portion, adsorption element and force-bearing portion. The adsorption elements are disposed beside the fitting elements, respectively. The fitting elements are higher than the adsorption elements. The anti-slip portions are disposed at the bottoms of the fitting elements. The force-bearing portions are disposed on the top surfaces of the adsorption elements. The fitting elements are fitted to the bottoms of the legs. The butting portions are separated from the force-bearing portions, respectively, by a prepressing distance. When the seat carries a load, the fitting elements are pressed downward, and the prepressing distance shortens.

  • Patent number: 10246117
Abstract: A hand-driven, wheeled carrier deceleration device, applied to an axle of a hand-driven, wheeled carrier, is introduced and has a wheel, driven gear, reluctance motor and resistive component. The wheel, pivotally disposed at the axle, has a drive gear which rotates together with the wheel. The driven gear, disposed beside the axle, meshing with and driven by the drive gear, has a connection portion. The reluctance motor, connected to the connection portion and driven by the driven gear, has permanent magnets and metal elements. The metal elements and permanent magnets are arranged annularly. The metal elements rotate relative to the permanent magnets. The resistive component electrically connects to the permanent magnets. Therefore, a driving force exerted on the hand-driven, wheeled carrier is partially offset by reluctance to effectively slow down the hand-driven, wheeled carrier.

  • Publication number: 20090079691
Abstract: A method for positioning a cursor on a computer screen by a handheld camera shooting continuous images to detect movements of user's hand is disclosed. In a preferred embodiment, the camera is disposed in a handheld device such as laser pointer. The camera shoots a set of serial images of a locale scene and instantly sends to a computer. The computer selects particular feature spots within a first image and records their positions in the image. The computer then search the feature spots in a second image next to the first image. If one of the feature spots can be searched out, a movement of the handheld device can be obtained by calculating relatively positional change of the feature spot in between the two images. The computer can drive the cursor to move correspondingly. If no feature spots can be searched out, the computer abandons the selected feature spots and then selects new feature spots in the second image and search the new feature spots in a third image.
