Abstract: A method is provided for forming an integrated circuit (IC) chip package structure. The method includes providing a substrate for an interposer, and forming a conductive interconnect structure in and on the substrate for connecting a group of selected IC dies. The method includes forming warpage-reducing trenches in non-routing regions of the interposer, wherein the warpage-reducing trenches are sized and positioned based on a warpage characteristic to reduce the warpage of the chip package structure. The method also includes depositing a warpage-relief material in the warpage-reducing trenches according to the warpage characteristic to reduce the warpage of the chip package structure, and bonding the group of selected IC dies to the interposer to form a chip package structure.

The first light reaches the third optical module via the first optical module and the second optical module in sequence. The third optical module includes a first photoelectric converter configured to transform the first light into a first image signal.

Abstract: An artificial stoma device adapted to be installed in an abdomen includes a solid unit and a hollow unit. The solid unit includes a blocking member adapted to block off a downstream section of an intestine in the abdomen. The hollow unit is detachably connected to the solid unit, and includes a conduit having a guiding space that has opposite first and second open ends adapted to be disposed respectively at an upstream section of the intestine and an opening of a skin tissue of the abdomen, and an anti-blocking structure formed on an inner surrounding surface of the conduit for preventing the upstream section of the intestine from entering and blocking the guiding space via the second open end during peristalsis of the intestine.

Thus, meat placed in the roaster oven can have its upper and lower surface roasted evenly at the same time, unnecessary to turn over the meat to shorten time needed for roasting and able to prevent the meat being roasted from sticking to the roasting gauze.

Abstract: A roaster oven has its oven body pivotally provided with two side plates and two covering plates around four sides. The side plates and the covering plates are respectively connected by position members. A plurality of spits are fitted across the two side plates for pricking food thereon, respectively having one end assembled with a motor. The oven body is bored with an elongate hole in its front lower portion for letting through a net base on which charcoal is placed, with a handle provided on the outer side of the net base. Thus, when the motor is started, the spit will be actuated to rotate to carry out roasting automatically. The net base can freely be pulled out of or pushed in the oven body, convenient to start a fire or add charcoal or put out the fire for cleaning out charcoal ashes.

The battery base has an electric wire respectively connected with the motor and the changeover switch. In using, after the broiling driver is assembled with a broiler and the spit inserted in the transmitting member, press the change-over switch to an ON position to start the motor to let its spindle drive the transmitting member rotate together with the spit to carry out broiling, having a small size to be carried about conveniently and applicable to any site.
