    Abstract: An electrical connector includes an insulating body, a plurality of terminals and a plurality of solder balls. Each terminal has a flat plate portion and two first soldering portions. A receiving slot is formed between the two first soldering portions. Two second soldering portions extend toward each other from lower ends of the two first soldering portions. Each of end portions of the two second soldering portion facing each other respectively bends toward a direction away from a corresponding solder ball to form a bending section. A plate surface of the bending section facing the corresponding solder ball is defined as a matching surface. Along a direction away from the corresponding solder ball, a gap between the two matching surfaces of each terminal becomes smaller. The corresponding solder ball is partially accommodated between the receiving slot and the two matching surfaces. The matching surface abuts against the corresponding solder ball.

The second surface is secured to the outer layer and having projections complimentarily secured to the cavities. A manufacturing method of the container is also provided. Therefore, it can solve the problem permeation and adhesive failure caused by leaking. It can generate an early alarm by detecting any leaking or permeation of the container.

Two protruding blocks protrude toward each other and inward each of the grooves from two opposite sides of each of the grooves. The base plate has multiple strip connecting portions. Prior to the insert-molding, the strip connecting portions are integrally connected to a same strip. After the insert-molding, the strip connecting portions are broken from the strip, each strip connecting portion is located in a corresponding groove, and upper and lower surfaces of each strip connecting portion are exposed in the corresponding groove. The strip connecting portions do not exceed outward beyond the outer side edge. Two opposite sides of each strip connecting portion abut the two protruding blocks.

The base plate forms a connecting portion between the through slot and the cutting slot of each ground terminal to be connected to the ground terminal.

When the electrical connector is mated, the elastic arm provides an elastic force such that the floating contact portion moves downward, and the floating contact portion and the conducting portion are directly electrically connected.

A lower surface of the protruding portion has a contact surface overlapping with the contact portion in a vertical direction, such that the contact portion upwardly abuts the contact surface. When the chip module presses downwardly on the electrical terminal, the contact portion can move on the contact surface, such that the chip module does not need to press downwardly on the contact portion with a relatively large pressure.

An insulating body is formed on the metal plate by injection molding, such that the insulating body fills the cutting slot. The insulating body covers only the base portion and not the conducting area and the elastic arm, thereby forming a through hole on the insulating body to expose the elastic arm. Then, the elastic arm is cut on the metal plate, thereby forming a through slot on the metal plate surrounding the elastic arm.
