Abstract: A method for forming a micro-reflecting film, which is applied to a polarized plate and a display device, for efficiently reflecting light from external source to increase a refractive index, comprises: mixing a transparent resin and a solution having a plurality of micro-reflecting particles to form a micro-reflecting solution; coating the micro-reflecting solution on a protecting film to form a micro-reflecting film with a free surface opposite the protecting film; drying the micro-reflecting layer with the protecting film; and attaching the free surface of the micro-reflecting layer on one surface of a transparent substrate to form a micro-reflecting film with the protecting film.

Abstract: A micro-reflecting layer of the present invention used for polarized plates and display device comprises a transparent resin layer and a plurality of micro-reflecting particles. The micro-reflecting particles are uniformly implanted into the transparent resin, and light from an external source partially passes through the micro-reflecting particles and partially is reflected by the micro-reflecting particles to display an image. Furthermore, a plurality of optical diffusing particles is also added into the micro-reflecting layer so as to uniformly diffuse the light in the micro-reflecting layer.

Abstract: A method and structure of a polarizer with the uniform properties of optics is provided in the present invention that forms a diffusing adhesive layer above the polarizer layer. By having a different refraction coefficient in a plurality of nano particles and a resin so the incident light is uniformly dispersed and spread. Hence, the contrast of a display is improved, further, the viewable angle is enhanced.
