Abstract: A memory device and a management method thereof are provided. The memory device includes a controller and at least one memory channel. The memory channel includes at least one memory chip. The at least one memory chip is commonly coupled to the controller through an interrupt signal wire. The at least one memory chip generates at least one local interrupt signal and performs a logic operation on the at least one local interrupt signal to generate a common interrupt signal. The interrupt signal wire is configured to transmit the common interrupt signal to the controller.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to an integrated chip. The integrated chip includes a substrate having one or more interior surfaces forming a recess within an upper surface of the substrate. Source/drain regions are disposed within the substrate on opposing sides of the recess. A first gate dielectric is arranged along the one or more interior surfaces forming the recess, and a second gate dielectric is arranged on the first gate dielectric and within the recess. A gate electrode is disposed on the second gate dielectric. The second gate dielectric includes one or more protrusions that extend outward from a recessed upper surface of the second gate dielectric and that are arranged along opposing sides of the second gate dielectric.

Abstract: A rotary cable arranging tool is disclosed. The rotary cable arranging tool is used for untwisting a first and a second cable. The rotary cable arranging tool includes a first annular structure, a first and a second assembly member, and a first and a second hole. The first and the second holes are assembled by the cooperation of the first and the second assemblies so as to be pressed to change a width of an inner diameter. When the first and second cables are in a twisted state, the first and second assemblies are counter-rotated together, so that the first and the second cables are untwisted and enter the first and second holes respectively. Then the first and second holes are tightly combined with the first and second cables, and the first and the second cable are pulled out to be straightened.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a tooth-replacement implant, comprising: a main body portion and a root cervical portion, wherein the root body portion has a plurality of lateral pores and a hollow thorough hole at the bottom. Further, a collagen coating layer and an anti-bacterial coating layer are formed on the surface of the body portion root. Therefore, the present invention may increase bone contact area and enhance stability, and thereby avoiding compressing nerve to cause paralysis of perception through the implant and avoiding the sinus perforation.

Abstract: A disassembling tool for an air hose is proposed. The tool has two pivotally connoted members. When drawn together, the two members jointly provide at least one air-hose hole that allows the air hose to pass through. By using the tool to press upon a joint of an air compressor, the air hose assembled in the air hose can be easily disassembled from the joint.

Abstract: A support with detachable footrests comprises a body and two footrests. The two footrests are detachably assembled on the body. When the support is stored, the two footrests can be detached from the body, and then inserted into both sides of the body, thus greatly reducing the storage space.
