    Abstract: A water-proof connection device and a transmission cable assembly thereof are provided. The transmission cable assembly includes a connector being USB 3.0 type C, a transmission cable, a molding holder, an insulating sleeve, and an adhesive layer. The connector has an external end portion and an opposite internal end portion. The transmission cable includes a plurality of wires connected to the internal end portion. The molding holder includes a partition portion and a pillar portion that extends from the partition portion, and connection parts of the internal end portion and the wires are embedded in the pillar portion. The insulating sleeve surrounds a part of the pillar portion and a part of the transmission cable that are arranged adjacent to each other. The adhesive layer is formed on an inner surface of the insulating sleeve, and extends outside two opposite ends of the insulating sleeve.

The user mobile device transmits the detection angle and the intensity of the Bluetooth signal to the server when the user mobile device senses the Bluetooth signal. The server obtains a relative angle of the user mobile device corresponding to the Bluetooth device, and determines a service information pushed from the server to the user mobile device according to the relative angle and variations in the intensity of the Bluetooth signal.

The snap ring has an annular main body, a plurality of first snap arms and a plurality of second snap arms. The directions of extensions of the first snap arms and the second snap arms are substantially opposite. By this configuration, the first snap arms can detachably pass through the retaining portion for fixing the relative position of the snap ring and the plug connector.
