Publication number: 20170291276Abstract: A grinding ring set for semiconductor wafer in chemical and mechanical grinding process includes a grinding surface and an attaching surface attaching to the grinding surface. Material of the attaching ring is selected from HDPE, PE, PPS, PBT, PEI, PEEK, PET, PTFE, PBI, PAI, PETP, PVC, NYLON, POM, ABS, PVDF, etc. or the combination thereof, compound of two or more plastic additives, which has a weight percentage between 0.9-1.8 g/cm3. The grinding ring set may also be made of plastic materials, but is different from those used in the attaching ring. Therefore, by above mentioned design, the whole weight is light with a preferred strength, lower cost, less processes, and reduction of rust, etc. Furthermore, plastic is more flexible then metal.Type: ApplicationFiled: April 12, 2016Publication date: October 12, 2017Inventor: CHIEN-CHUNG SUN

Patent number: 7485993Abstract: A direct current (DC) brushless vibration motor includes an inductive coil as the stator, and a magnetic element, which has a plurality of coplanar magnetic poles, as the rotor. The inductive coil is a single annular coil formed by a singly-wound conductive wire. The winding area corresponds to two magnetic poles of the magnetic element of the like polarity at opposite sides. The magnetic element has a centrifugal slot to make the gravity center of the magnetic element eccentric from the axis. When current is input into the inductive coil to form a magnetic field, the magnetic element and the magnetic field generated by the inductive coil repulse each other to generate rotation. The eccentric gravity center of the magnetic element can generate the vibration desired.Type: GrantFiled: December 8, 2005Date of Patent: February 3, 2009Assignee: Risun Expanse Corp.Inventors: Chiang-Cheng Huang, Chun-Min Chang, Chien-Chung Sun

Patent number: 6812607Abstract: An auxiliary coupling disk for miniature vibration voice-coil motors aims to couple with a magnetic weight element to change the relative position of the auxiliary disk eccentric from the rotational center of the motor so that the magnetic weight element can generate vibration during rotation. The auxiliary coupling disk further can alter the vibration of the motor. The auxiliary coupling disk has at least one removable member located in the eccentric direction opposite to the magnetic weight element. The removable member may be selectively removed according to requirements to reduce the weight that offsets vibration to increase vibration.Type: GrantFiled: August 5, 2003Date of Patent: November 2, 2004Assignee: Risun Expanse Corp.Inventor: Chien-Chung Sun

Patent number: 6573627Abstract: A DC brushless voice-coil vibration motor, especially a small-sized micro-vibration motor that utilizes inductance coils and a weight object with a plurality of coplanar magnetic poles as the stator and rotor of the motor. The invention comprises a circuit board, at least two inductance coils and a weight object. The weight object is installed on the inductance coil and away from the motor center. It has a plurality of magnetic poles as the rotor of the motor. When current flows through the inductance coil, a magnetic field is generated so that the weight object starts to rotate under the electromagnetic interactions. Since the weight object is off the motor center, the motor gains vibrational energy during the rotation of the weight object.Type: GrantFiled: June 21, 2001Date of Patent: June 3, 2003Assignee: Risun Expanse Corp.Inventor: Chien-Chung Sun

Publication number: 20020195896Abstract: A D.C. brushless voice-coil motor is a miniature motor with a very small dimension. It has conduction coils to serve as the stator of the motor and a magnetic element which has a plurality of magnetic poles located at the same plane to serve as the rotor to simplify the components needed in the motor for achieving the miniaturization requirements. The motor includes at least a circuit board, at least two conduction coils and a magnetic element. The induction coils are located on the circuit board for generating magnetic force when receiving electric power and function as the stator of the motor. The magnetic element is located above the induction coils and has a plurality of co-plane magnetic poles to function as the rotor of the motor. Input electric power will generate inductive magnetic field, and under the interaction between the induction coils and magnetic element, the magnetic element will generate rotational kinetic energy.Type: ApplicationFiled: June 21, 2001Publication date: December 26, 2002Inventor: Chien-Chung Sun
