  • Patent number: 11814198
Abstract: A relaxation device of a cardboard strapping machine includes a connector being movably extended into a top holder. When the connector retreats from a connective channel in the top holder, a middle pressure lever descends to loosen the overlapping straps, so that the overlapping strap is not pulled by the retracted connector to cause misalignment, the adhesion area is complete, and its adhesion strength is good. In contrast, a cardboard pile cannot be fastened by the strap, which is deformed by a drag force when a counter-pressure plate is pulled back, through a traditional strapping machine for bundling cardboards. Furthermore, another forcibly pull-off implementation will weaken the connection strength at an overlapping portion of a strap head and a strap tail of the strap.

  • Patent number: 8931404
Abstract: A feeding and reversing mechanism for a strapping machine includes a forward-reverse wheel assembly and a tension wheel assembly which are mounted on a base and arranged in such a way to provide larger contact areas between a strapping band and the two wheel assemblies. The feeding and reversing mechanism further includes first and second spring units. The first spring unit helps to keep a suitable gap between an active wheel and a passive wheel of the tension wheel assembly for the strapping band to pass through. The second spring unit helps to move the passive wheel toward the active wheel of the tension wheel assembly, so that the strapping band can be clamped between the passive wheel and the active wheel tightly to facilitate reversing and tightening of the strapping band.

  • Patent number: 8931405
Abstract: A reverse tension mechanism for a strapping machine includes an active wheel, a supporting arm installed with a passive wheel, a lever, and a spring. The supporting arm can be moved relative to the active wheel, so that a strapping band which passes between the passive wheel and the active wheel is clamped to control retracting and tightening of the strapping band. A first end of the lever is pivotably connected to a section of the supporting arm, and the spring is vertically installed between a second end of the lever and the section of the supporting arm. The first end of the lever can be activated by a cam to press the spring vertically to produce a pushing force to swing the supporting arm.

  • Patent number: 7604195
Abstract: A strapping head assembly has a central axle, a braking tube, a lower securing plate, a braking pad, an adjusting base, a biasing member, an adjusting nut, a strap-holding collar and an upper holding base. The braking tube is mounted rotatably around the central axle. The lower securing plate is mounted on the bottom of the braking tube. The braking pad is attached to the top of the braking tube. The adjusting base is adjustably mounted on the central axle and abuts with the braking pad. The biasing member is mounted around the central axle and abuts against the adjusting base. The adjusting nut is screwed with the central axle and abuts with the biasing member. The strap-holding collar is mounted around the central axle. The upper holding base is mounted around the central axle and has an abutting flange mounted over the strap-holding collar.

  • Publication number: 20030066271
Abstract: An automatic wrapper machine tape supporter includes a base member, an inverted U-shaped wrapping tape guide, a reversing device, a drive device and a cam. The base member is mounted in the wrapper machine and a frame mounted upright on the base member. The inverted U-shaped wrapping tape guide is mounted in the frame. The reversing device is mounted on one side of the wrapping tape guide. The drive device is mounted under the frame and connected to the reversing device. The cam is rotatably mounted on the base member and driven by a motor to drive the drive device for horizontally pulling out the wrapping tape guide so that the tape is released from the wrapping tape guide and is wrapped on an object. The reversing device can make the wrapping tape guide moved back to an original position for next wrapping action.

  • Publication number: 20030006012
Abstract: A tape support for an automatic wrapper includes a main frame and an internal frame. The internal frame is keyed onto the main frame and has four corners. A corner block is keyed to each corner of the main frame. A guide blade assembly is pivotally keyed onto two vertical sides of the main frame, and an adjustment assembly is keyed onto two vertical sides of the main frame. The corner block has three sides. One is concave, and the others form a right angle. The guide blades face each other and wrap around the internal frame. The arms of the adjustment assembly face each other and wrap around the blade assembly. A brush is mounted on the free ends of the adjustment assembly to guide the tape to the middle by its retaining force when the tape passes through the brush.
