Abstract: An apparatus (20) for picking up a plurality of lenses at a time includes a robotic arm (22) including a rod (220) and a base plate (222) and a plurality of pipes (240). The rod is attached to the center of the base plate, and the lengthwise direction of the rod is perpendicular to the base plate. One end of each pipe includes a suction mouth (246) configured for picking up the lens. A pressure regulating valve (244) is coupled to each of the pipes to adjust a pressure adjustment in the respective pipe. Each of the pressure regulating valves is attached to a periphery of the base plate respectively.

Abstract: An apparatus for injection molding is provided. The apparatus includes an injection unit and a mold unit. The injection unit includes a nozzle having a first flat end surface. The mold unit includes a sprue bushing for communicating with the nozzle. The sprue busing has a second flat end surface. The sprue bushing is in contact with the first flat end surface of the nozzle. Wherein a protrusion is formed on one of the first flat end surface of the nozzle and the second flat end surface of the sprue bushing, and a corresponding recess is defined on the other of the first flat end surface of the nozzle and the second flat end surface of the sprue bushing. The protrusion is engaged in the recess.

Abstract: A cutting mechanism includes a first main body and a second main body. The first main body includes a first base, a plurality of first cutter holders, and a plurality of first cutters. The first cutters are mounted on the respective first cutter holders. The first cutter holders are movably engaged with the first base in a manner that the first cutters mounted thereon are adjustably movable toward and away from the first base. The first cutters are rotatable relative to the respective first cutter holders about parallel first axes, and each of the first cutters has a first blade substantially parallel to the respective first axis. The second main body has a similar configuration as the first main body.

Abstract: An apparatus (10) for holding lens holders includes a first board (14) and a second board (16). The first board includes a plurality of through slots (146) defined therein. The second board includes a base portion (160) and a plurality of elongated protrusions (162) for insertion in and sliding in the respective slots. The protrusions extend from the base portion. The first board and the second board are attached to each other with the protrusions inserted in the slots. The first board and the second board cooperatively form a plurality of receptacles between the first inner surfaces in the slots and the first surface of the protrusions. A platform (12) with one of the first board and the second board are secured thereon. A driving device (20) is configured for driving the other one of the first board and the second board to move relative to the one secured on the table to change a size of the receptacles.

Abstract: An apparatus for assembling lens module (10) includes a firs tray (122), a second tray (142), and a robotic arm (16) with an optical element pick-up device (18). The first tray is configured for supporting a plurality of barrels thereon. The second tray is configured for supporting a plurality of optical elements thereon. The robotic arm with an optical element pick-up device is configured for picking up the optical elements from the second tray and assembling the optical elements into the barrels. The optical element pick-up device includes a plurality of suction mouths configured for picking up the plurality of optical elements at the same time.

Abstract: An injection molding apparatus includes a first mold half, a second mold half opposite to the first mold half, an eject pin, a component collector and a buffer device. The eject pin penetrates through the first mold half. The component collector is configured for receiving the molding component molded. The buffer device includes a buffer plate, a connection plate and an elastic element. The elastic element includes two elastic arms connected with each other. The two elastic arms form an angle ? in a range 0°<?<180° in its natural state and partly inserting into the buffer plate and the connection plate respectively. The buffer device is disposed at a same side as the first mold half and the buffer plate is adjacent to the second mold half. The buffer device is configured for buffering the molding component during a knockout process.

Abstract: An apparatus for treating the exhausted smoked from a chimney by precipitation has a smoke collecting device placed at the exhaust of the chimney and a vapour injecting nozzle to spray high speed vapour over the smoke from the chimney into the collecting device. A water tank for receiving the mixture of the vapour and the smoke and precipitating the same with the water contained therein is connected to the collecting device by a conduit. The conduit is provided with suction means to accelerate the flow of the mixture of the vapour and the smoke to the tank. The water tank may also be equipped with set of vapour spraying devices and a smoke filtering web for preventing the possible leakage of smoke from the water tank. A preferred embodiment has two opposing collecting devices, each provided with its own conduit, suction means, and tank.
