    Abstract: An acute kidney injury predicting system and a method thereof are proposed. A processor reads the data to be tested, the detection data, the machine learning algorithm and the risk probability comparison table from a main memory. The processor trains the detection data according to the machine learning algorithm to generate an acute kidney injury prediction model, and inputs the data to be tested into the acute kidney injury prediction model to generate an acute kidney injury characteristic risk probability and a data sequence table. The data sequence table lists the data to be tested in sequence according to a proportion of each of the data to be tested in the acute kidney injury characteristics. The processor selects one of the medical treatment data from the risk probability comparison table according to the acute kidney injury characteristic risk probability.

    Abstract: A winding structure includes two automatic winding mechanisms each including a side plate, a rotary member and an elastic member. The rotary member is provided with a receiving space, a through hole and a first fitting portion. The elastic member is mounted in the receiving space and is disposed at a one way helical state. The elastic member is provided with a clamping portion secured on the side plate and a second fitting portion secured on the first fitting portion of the rotary member. The side plate is provided with an extending portion extending through the through hole of the rotary member. The rotary member is rotated on the extending portion of the side plate and is returned to an original position automatically by the restoring force of the elastic member.

A push member is biased between a second end of the locking piece and the mounting seat. When the resting portion presses the locking piece, the positioning projection is detached from the at least one positioning hole. The spring is mounted in the rotation wheel and connected with the rotation wheel and the axle.

    Abstract: An over voltage protection circuit, adapted for placing between a power pin of a chip and a power terminal is provided. The over voltage protection circuit includes a voltage detection unit, a current limiting component, and a switch component. The voltage detection unit is coupled between the power terminal and a ground, for outputting a setting voltage according to the voltage level at the power terminal. The current limiting component is coupled between the power terminal and the power pin of the chip. The switch component is coupled between the power pin of the chip and the ground, wherein the switch component is further coupled to the voltage detection unit and controlled by the setting voltage. When the voltage level at the power terminal is higher than a first predetermined value, the switch component conducts to cut off voltage received by the chip.

    Abstract: A digital pulse width modulation (DPWM) controlling system for controlling a load of an application circuit with a DPWM unit is provided, which comprises a comparator and a micro-control unit, the comparator receiving a sense signal detected from the load and a reference signal and comparing the sense signal and the reference signal to output an analog comparison signal, and the micro-control unit generating a trigger signal having a minimum pulse width and receiving the analog comparison signal to output a DPWM signal, wherein the micro-control unit adjusts the minimum pulse width of the trigger signal to obtain a pulse width of the DPWM signal in response to the analog comparison signal whenever the sense signal is within a stable duration so as to output the DPWM signal to the application circuit to control the load.
