    Abstract: A control method for preparing crop nutrient solution, applied in a regulating device, obtains growth data of crops, and determines a growth state of the crops according to the growth data of the crops. The proportion of the nutrient solution required by the crops is determined according to the growth states of the crops, and the culture solution is adjusted according to the proportion of the nutrient solution. After a preset time period, updated growth state of the crops is determined. When the culture solution does not meet the proportion of the nutrient solution corresponding to the updated growth state, the culture solution is adjusted again until the culture solution meet the proportion of the nutrient solution corresponding to the growth state of the crops.

    Abstract: A biosensor test strip made in the process without the use of an etchant and its etchant-free fabrication method. A patterned stripping layer is formed onto a substrate and is comprised of a masking region and a hollow region, wherein the hollow region defines a wiring pattern. A metallic film is sputtered onto the masking region of the patterned stripping layer as well as the substrate below the hollow region. The patterned stripping layer is washed off by a non-etchant liquid to remove the masking region and the metallic film thereon. The metallic film on the substrate is remained to form a detection line corresponding to the wiring pattern. A pad layer and a reacting enzyme are formed respectively on the detection line and the substrate. The present invention employs the non-etchant liquid to conduct a removing process so as to form the detection line.

The structure includes a base block coupling with a lid, and a control unit and the conductive member located in the bas block. Applying a force on the control unit to depress the conductive member, the conductive member will be moved downwards to connect one contact terminal and the common contact terminal to output a directional signal.
