  • Publication number: 20210378853
Abstract: A wearable device an intelligent health promotion service system (IHPSS) is disclosed. One embodiment of the wearable device (10) is configured to interface plurality groups of skin-mounted sensor pads (130) over a body part (140) of a wearer, and comprises: a modular brace (110) structurally separated from the sensor pads, and a plurality of sensor modules (120). The modular bracing is provided with a plurality groups of orienting slots (111) arranged thereon configured to maintain intra-group orientation between the sensor pads, and is configured to allow inter-group distance adjustment between the groups of the sensor pads over the body part of the wearer. The plurality of sensor modules is configured to be detachably coupled to the groups of sensor pads through the orienting slots in the modular bracing member. The sensor modules are provided with physiological sensing circuits wirelessly communicative with the intelligent health system.

  • Publication number: 20190360498
Abstract: A fan blade has a body made of plywood/fiberboard and having two opposite ends, at least one assembling hole disposed at one of the two opposite ends of the body, and a tip disposed at the other one of the two opposite ends of the body and being flat or curved. A manufacturing method for the fan blade has four steps. Step 1: manufacturing plywood panels/fiberboards by carpentry machining. Step 2: adhering paper/veneers/melamine paper to the plywood panels/fiberboards. Cutting the plywood panels/fiberboards into shape to form the body. Step 3: cleaning debris on the body. Step 4: coating a pattern being consistent with patterns of the upper and bottom surfaces of the body on the circumferential edge of the body by heat pressing. With the pattern printed on the circumferential edge of the body, the fan blade is consistent in appearance.

  • Publication number: 20180228361
Abstract: The present application provides an arthroscopic system, which comprises an arthroscope having a distal end and a proximal end, a light source attached to the distal end of the arthroscope for providing a light, a lens attached to the distal end of the arthroscope for gathering the light, an image sensor set up next to the lens for generating digital raw data from the light, a transmitter set up between the distal end and the proximal end for transmitting the digital raw data toward the proximal end, a processing system attached to the proximal end for capturing and converting the digital raw data into digital video data and a video display device for displaying said digital video data. The present application eliminates the possibility of infecting the patient with contaminated devices by its cost-effectively disposable arthroscope. The present application also provides a method for image transmitting in an arthroscopic system.

  • Publication number: 20140062690
Abstract: A vehicle warning device includes a lamp holder and a charging base. There are many LEDs at one side of the lamp holder and is a retaining member at the other side. The lamp holder comprises a power switch being outside the lamp holder and electrically connected to the LEDs; a power supply unit being in the lamp holder and electrically connected to the power switch; and a first electric connection unit being in the lamp holder and electrically connected to the power supply unit. The charging base has a charging unit electrically connected to the second electric connection unit, and a second electric connection unit electrically connected to the first electric connection unit. The lamp holder emits light by itself, warning other vehicle drivers or pedestrians. The lamp holder is at a random site outside a vehicle, thereby being featured with high security and high convenience.

  • Patent number: 7949345
Abstract: A cognitive radio system and method for clear and idle channel survey in Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN) are disclosed. Through computing average value of Received-Signal-Strength-Indicator (RSSI_AVG) in each channel, clear channels without interference from other RF devices can be distinguished in the present system and method. Based on an actual WLAN setup, a further AP has a larger possibility to be an idle and clear AP. In the present system and method, searching available channels from furthest AP to nearest AP therefore helps to reduce time of channel survey through repeated rises of signal strength threshold.
