    Abstract: A method of reducing gray energy consumption and achieving optimal gray energy saving for carbon neutralization is proposed. In a cellular network, each cell or BS (group of cells) has renewable (green) and non-renewable (gray, on-grid power) energy sources. The renewable (green) energy is highly variable and unpredictable, while non-renewable (gray, on-grid power) is stable but is not renewable and thus has more carbon impact. Each cell or BS (group of cells) services is associated UEs when it is on. In one novel aspect, a cell or BS (group of cells) that consumes more non-renewable energy can give some or all of its served UEs to another cell or BS (group of cells) that consumes less non-renewable energy.

    Abstract: A semiconductor structure includes a dielectric layer over a substrate, a via conductor over the substrate and in the dielectric layer, and a first graphene layer disposed over the via conductor. In some embodiments, a top surface of the via conductor and a top surface of the dielectric layer are level. In some embodiments, the first graphene layer overlaps the via conductor from a top view. In some embodiments, the semiconductor structure further includes a second graphene layer under the via conductor and a third graphene layer between the dielectric layer and the via conductor.     Abstract: A sandal includes a sole and a drainage system. The sole is molded from a resilient material and has a top surface for supporting a human foot, and a bottom surface for contacting a walking surface. Further, the sole defines on the top surface a forwardmost toe region, an intermediate ball region, an intermediate arch region and a rearmost heel region that are of different heights to follow an anatomical contour of an undersurface of the human foot. The drainage system has a plurality of grooves defined throughout the top surface of the sole to define a plurality of islands of different heights on the toe, ball, arch and heel regions of the sole. The grooves have different slopes and extend over the toe, ball, arch and heel regions in a manner which guides liquid to flow laterally out of the sole.

    Abstract: A tire includes a carcass and a tread member. The carcass has a tread portion, two sidewalls on opposite sides of the tread portion, and two beads on distal ends of the sidewalls. The tread member has a tread protective layer provided on an outer side of the tread portion of the carcass and a skin layer provided on the tread protective layer. In an embodiment the tire further includes a sidewall protective layer and a bead protective layer to protect the sidewalls and the beads of the carcass. The tire may have a good airtight condition and a light weight.

    Abstract: A monitor apparatus for a computer system, by connecting a system management bus (SMBus) of a computer motherboard, operating information such as operating temperature, voltage and fan rotating speed related to operation of the computer system is directly obtained through hardware. The operation information is displayed on a screen of the monitor apparatus. Thereby, the user can control the computer system in a stable condition according to the data displayed on the screen. When the above voltage or temperature is abnormal, a warning signal is generated.     Abstract: A voice address/data memory for a speech synthesizing system is divided into a basic memory layer for storing a plurality of basic voice data units, and one or more address pointer memory layers for storing a plurality of address pointer sets. The basic memory layer includes a plurality of memory tables, each of which stores one basic voice data unit. The address pointer sets are used to address the basic memory layer in order to combine part of the basic voice data units for generating a desired speech signal in the speech synthesizing system. Each memory table further stores an ending code for indicating the ending of one basic voice data unit in order to simplify the data processing. The basic memory layer and the address pointer memory layers are arranged within continuous memory regions of the voice address/data memory to efficiently utilize the memory space.
