  • Publication number: 20240102860
Abstract: An apparatus includes a six-axis correction stage, an auto-collimation measurement device, a light splitter, a telecentric image measurement device, and a controller. The six-axis correction stage carries a device under test; the auto-collimation measurement device is arranged above the six-axis correction stage along a measurement optical axis; the light splitter is arranged on the measurement optical axis and is interposed between the six-axis correction stage and the auto-collimation measurement device. A method controls the six-axis correction stage to correct rotation errors in at least two degrees of freedom of the device under test according to a measurement result of the auto-collimation measurement device, and controls the six-axis correction stage to correct translation and yaw errors in at least three degrees of freedom of the device under test according to a measurement result of the telecentric image measurement device by means of the controller.

  • Patent number: 7735550
Abstract: A method of blocking a water out zone in a production well includes the steps of connecting a throttle unit to a dump bailer, wherein the throttle unit is internally defined a flowing space, which can be adjusted in size to thereby control a flow rate of cement for blocking the water out zone; loading the cement into the dump bailer; slowly lowering down the loaded dump bailer to the water out zone in the production well; opening an outlet of the dump bailer under control, so that the cement flows from the dump bailer into the throttle unit and is released at a flow rate preset by adjusting the size of the flowing space; allowing the released cement to load up in the water out zone and slowly permeate into a gravel layer in the production well before becoming cured to block the water out zone.

  • Patent number: 7694737
Abstract: In a method of blocking a water-out zone in a gas well by dumping cement and injecting pressurizing gas, a gas is injected into a target well to push and press accumulated water in the well back into the formation surrounding the well, so that the well is water-free; meanwhile, a dump bailer is lowered to the water-out zone in the well using a wire line. When the dump bailer has reached the water-out zone, it is controlled to open a bottom opening thereof to release cement milk loaded therein. The released cement milk accumulates in the water-out zone and then slowly flows into a gravel layer between a screen pipe and a wall of the well. The gas injection continues until the cement milk is cured and hardened to achieve the object of blocking the water-out zone.

  • Patent number: 7082696
Abstract: A sole structure of Goodyear's dual-intake air-capsule shoes includes a sole formed with a vent slot; a heel portion provided with an air-capsule receptacle, in which a T-type intake slot is disposed between the vent slot and the air-capsule receptacle, and two intakes are arranged by side of the T-type air-intake slot; an air capsule provided with a bottom end formed with a fixing hole and an elastic pillar fixed to the fixing hole of the air capsule for supporting the capsule. The level of those intakes is lower than that of a sole's bottom face. There are front sole lines formed on the sole's bottom face and a heel arranged on the sole for direct contact to the ground. A connection part is formed with an intake, while the heel is provided with a channel. Every intake or outlet is provided with a one-way valve such that air is allowed to flow in one direction, that is, to enter the capsule through the intakes and leave the capsule through the outlets.

  • Publication number: 20050255260
Abstract: A dual-intake air capsule includes a hollow main body having a resilient top, an opposite bottom and a side wall connecting the top and the bottom. Two intake valves and two discharge valves are mounted to the side wall. A resilient pillar is arranged inside the main body with a lower end fixed to the bottom and an upper physically engaging and thus supporting the top. All the valves are one-way valves whereby when the top of the main body is depressed by an external load, air inside the main body is pumped out through the discharge valves. When the loaded is removed, the resiliency of the top of the main body and the resilient pillar return the top of the main body to the original position, which forces surrounding air into the main body through the intake valves. Thus air can be continuously pumped by the air capsule.

  • Publication number: 20050138841
Abstract: A sole structure of working shoe has an upper and a sole bonded by a stitching. A front portion according to the toes and extended from the surface of the sole has an overall size which is smaller than the sole. A gadroon forms along the outer periphery of the heel portion of the sole, and the gadroon has a quite depth for stitching so that the stitching stitches the sole under the upper along the contour of the sole. Furthermore, the gadroon is filled up with a welt, and the welt covers the stitching in the gadroon.

  • Publication number: 20040187347
Abstract: An edge-folded steel head combined shoe insole has a groove defined in a front end and two sides of the insole. The insole is also provided with an inner welt downwardly extended peripherally thereunder, and is thickened gradually from a rear end to a front end. The depth of the groove is shorter than the thickness of the inner welt so that a folded edge of the steel head can be inserted in the groove. This avoids conflict of a sewing needle to the folded edge of the steel head when sewing the vamp onto the inner welt of the insole, thereby the steel head is well supported to have shoe's strength heightened.

  • Patent number: 6789334
Abstract: A punch-to-fix structure of steel-head shoes comprises a vamp, a steel head, and a sole, in which a covering portion and a wearing entrance are formed at a front and a rear end of the vamp, respectively. The bottom end of the vamp is an upper jointing mouth having a plurality of peripherally punched through holes, and there is also a plurality of through holes formed surrounding the steel head. The top end of the sole is a lower jointing mouth surrounded by a plurality of protruding dots corresponding to the through holes in the steel head and the upper jointing mouth of the vamp. When assembling, the protruding dots along the perimeter in the lower jointing mouth of the sole are squeezed into the through holes of the covering portion in the upper jointing mouth and into the through holes of the steel head to thereby combine the steel head, the vamp, and the sole solidly together.
