Abstract: An electronic device includes a panel, a button assembly, and a circuit board. The panel defines an opening. The button assembly is mounted to the rear surface of the panel, and includes a button partially received in the opening of the panel, a base plate fixed to the rear side of the button, and a substantially U-shaped balance bar. The button includes a push portion and two protrusions rearwards extending through the base plate. An end of the balance bar is movably connected to the rear side of the base plate, and an opposite end of the balance bar is pivotably connected to the protrusions of the button. The circuit board is fixed behind the button assembly, and includes a switch aligning with the push portion of the button. When the button is pressed, the balance bar restricts the button to just move linearly to the switch.

Abstract: A fixing apparatus for fixing a hard disk drive including two opposite sidewalls each defining a fixing hole includes a frame, two shock absorbing members, and two fasteners. The frame includes two opposite fixing arms to sandwich the hard disk drive. The shock absorbing members are respectively fixed to the fixing arms. Each of the shock absorbing members includes a resilient pad clinging to an inner surface of a corresponding one of the fixing arms to absorb shock between the hard disk drive and the fixing arm, and two resilient arms extended through the corresponding fixing arm and fixed to an outer surface of the corresponding fixing arm. The fasteners are respectively fixed to the fixing arms. Each of the fasteners includes a pin extended through a corresponding one of the resilient pads, to engage in a corresponding one of the fixing holes of the hard disk drive.

Abstract: An assembly to mount a catch having a number of claws to an object includes a fixing member extending through the catch to mount the catch to the object, and a limiting member mounted to the fixing member. The limiting member includes a head and a post mounted to the fixing member. The diameter of the head is greater than the distance between every two opposite claws. The head is above the claws, the fixing member, and the post are surrounded by the claws.

Abstract: A flyback circuit providing synchronized control includes a pulse width modulation (PWM) unit, a synchronized control unit and an ON period limiting unit. The PWM unit generates a driving signal to control a switch ON period of a primary winding and provides a synchronized signal prior to the generation of the driving signal that has output time series ahead the driving signal. The synchronized control unit receives the synchronized signal through an induction winding to set off a synchronized commutation switch. The ON period limiting unit starts a period limiting time series after the synchronized commutation switch has been set on. After the synchronized commutation switch is set off by the synchronized signal the ON period limiting unit is reset to an initial condition.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a variable-frequency circuit with a compensation mechanism, which comprises: a load sensing/decision unit, a frequency-division unit and a level modulation unit. The present invention applies to a power supply having a frequency-division mode. The power supply has a feedback unit generating a feedback signal. The load sensing/decision unit determines the operational mode according to the feedback signal. The frequency-division unit generates a reference frequency signal. The level modulation unit generates a reference level signal. During frequency variation, the level modulation unit generates a compensation current to modulate the reference level signal. Thereby, the PWM unit of the power supply can adjust the working cycle of the power supply according to the reference frequency signal, the reference level signal and the feedback signal.

The driving portions push the data storage device out of the chassis.
