Abstract: The disclosure provides a method of active immunotherapy for a cancer patient, comprising administering vaccines against Globo series antigens (i.e., Globo H, SSEA-3 and SSEA-4). Specifically, the method comprises administering Globo H-CRM197 (OBI-833/821) in patients with cancer. The disclosure also provides a method of selecting a cancer patient who is suitable as treatment candidate for immunotherapy. Exemplary immune response can be characterized by reduction of the severity of disease, including but not limited to, prevention of disease, delay in onset of disease, decreased severity of symptoms, decreased morbidity and delayed mortality.

Abstract: A bottom-emission light-emitting diode (LED) display includes a transparent substrate, a plurality of LEDs bonded on the substrate, a packaging layer formed on the substrate to cover the LEDs, and a reflecting layer formed on the packaging layer to reflect light emitted by the plurality of LEDs. The reflecting layer has a non-smooth shape or the packaging layer has different refractivities.

The memory device includes: a selector; a magnetic tunnel junction (MTJ) structure, disposed on the selector; a spin orbit torque (SOT) layer, disposed between the selector and the MTJ structure, wherein the SOT layer has a sidewall aligned with a sidewall of the selector; a transistor, wherein the transistor has a drain electrically coupled to the MTJ structure; a word line, electrically coupled to a gate of the transistor; a bit line, electrically coupled to the SOT layer; a first source line, electrically coupled to a source of the transistor; and a second source line, electrically coupled to the selector, wherein the transistor is configured to control a write signal flowing between the bit line and the second source line, and control a read signal flowing between the bit line and the first source line.

Abstract: A semiconductor structure includes a dielectric layer over a substrate, a via conductor over the substrate and in the dielectric layer, and a first graphene layer disposed over the via conductor. In some embodiments, a top surface of the via conductor and a top surface of the dielectric layer are level. In some embodiments, the first graphene layer overlaps the via conductor from a top view. In some embodiments, the semiconductor structure further includes a second graphene layer under the via conductor and a third graphene layer between the dielectric layer and the via conductor. In some embodiments, the second graphene layer is between the substrate and the via conductor.

Abstract: A static random access memory (SRAM) periphery circuit includes a first n-type transistor and a second n-type transistor that are disposed in a first well region of first conductivity type, the first well region occupies a first distance in a row direction equal to a bitcell-pitch of an SRAM array. The SRAM periphery circuit includes a first p-type transistor and a second p-type transistor that are disposed in a second well region of second conductivity type. The second well region occupies a second distance in the row direction equal to the bitcell-pitch of the SRAM array. The second well region is disposed adjacent to the first well region in the row direction.

Abstract: A disclosed touchless provisioning method configures a baseboard management controller (BMC) of a bare metal server to include or support two or more network services for retrieving a configuration profile locator (CPL) identifying a network-accessible configuration file containing a server configuration profile (SCP). At least one of the network services may be invoked to retrieve the CPL and pass the CPL to a provisioning agent process configured to access the configuration file and configure the system in accordance with the SCP. The server may require a static IP address and the two or more network services may include at least one network service, such as a multicast domain name service (mDNS), suitable for use in conjunction with a static IP address system and at least one network service, such as a DHCP service, suitable for use in conjunction with servers that do not require a static IP address.

Abstract: An information handling system may include a management controller and information handling resources that are coupled to the management controller via a first communication channel and a second communication channel, each information handling resource having a first communication channel identifier, and each information handling resource having a second communication channel identifier. The management controller may query the information handling resources via the first communication channel to determine a first set of unique identifiers for the information handling resources; query the information handling resources via the second communication channel to determine a second set of unique identifiers for the information handling resources; and based on a comparison between the first set of unique identifiers and the second set of unique identifiers, create a mapping that correlates the first communication channel identifiers with the second communication channel identifiers.
