Abstract: An upper extremity wearable device includes a pressure sleeve configure to wrap a forearm, a middle finger stimulating electrode and a ring finger stimulating electrode disposed on an inner surface of the pressure sleeve. The middle finger stimulating electrode covers a middle finger stimulating point which is measured from an ulnar styloid process, moving two lateral units, and moving four longitudinal units. The ring finger stimulating electrode covers a ring finger stimulating point which is measured from the ulnar styloid process, moving one lateral unit, and moving five longitudinal units. The lateral unit is a distance from the position of the pressure sleeve corresponding to the ulnar styloid process to a radial styloid process dividing four. The longitudinal unit is a distance from the position of the pressure sleeve corresponding to the ulnar styloid process to an olecranon process dividing twelve.

The remote control has a remote control long side and a remote control short side, and a length of the remote control short side is smaller than or equal to 20 mm. The connecting structure could connect the TV card long side and the remote control long side to construct the television card with remote control module.

Abstract: A method for detecting tool errors to stop a process recipe for a single chamber is disclosed. When a recipe error for one of chamber of a process tool is detected, only the chamber with the recipe error is terminated and other chambers are allowed to proceed with their recipe processes for preventing excursions.

Abstract: An antenna device is detachably attached onto an object and includes an antenna main body and a securing module. The antenna main body has a surface. A first coupling part is formed on the surface. The securing module includes a second coupling part and a securing part. The second coupling part is connectable with the first coupling part. The securing part is flexible and deformable. A space is defined between the surface and the securing part for accommodating the object.

Abstract: A signal connector comprises a main body for receiving a coaxial cable, thereby conducting electric connection between the signal connector and the coaxial cable; a first mounting portion coupled to and extending from the main body in a first direction and having a first mounting surface attachable to a circuit board; and a first coupling member coupled to the first mounting portion and protruding from the first mounting surface to be inserted into a hole in the circuit board, thereby securing the signal connector on the circuit board. The aforementioned structure makes the signal connector resistant to frequent plugging/unplugging actions.
