  • Publication number: 20240144467
Abstract: A hot spot defect detecting method and a hot spot defect detecting system are provided. In the method, hot spots are extracted from a design of a semiconductor product to define a hot spot map comprising hot spot groups, wherein local patterns in a same context of the design yielding a same image content are defined as a same hot spot group. During runtime, defect images obtained by an inspection tool performing hot scans on a wafer manufactured with the design are acquired and the hot spot map is aligned to each defect image to locate the hot spot groups. The hot spot defects in each defect image are detected by dynamically mapping the hot spot groups located in each defect image to a plurality of threshold regions and respectively performing automatic thresholding on pixel values of the hot spots of each hot spot group in the corresponding threshold region.

  • Publication number: 20130049995
Abstract: An illuminated keyboard includes a plurality of keys, a first light-emitting element, a second light-emitting element, and a light guide plate. The first light-emitting element is for emitting a first light beam. The second light-emitting element is used for emitting a second light beam. The light guide plate includes a first light-guiding region, a second light-guiding region, and an internal laser-engraving region. The first light-guiding region is used for guiding the first light beam. The second light-guiding region is for guiding the second light beam. The internal laser-engraving region is arranged between the first light-guiding region and the second light-guiding region for isolating the first light beam from the second light beam. Moreover, the internal laser-engraving region is formed within the light guide plate without damaging the surface of the light guide plate, so that the guide plate has strong structural strength.

  • Patent number: 8220037
Abstract: A method and apparatus for centrally managing operation of browsers on client devices within an organization or other collection of users. A central server promulgates a central browser policy for application by agents executing on the client devices. The agents may operate in real-time as a browser executes (e.g., as browser extensions) and/or when the browser is inactive (e.g., as separate processes). The agents apply the central policy to block, remove or modify browser objects as required by the policy (e.g., to protect privacy), archive browser objects on the central server, create objects regulated by the organization (e.g., for browser pre-caching), etc. Because the policy is centrally customized but locally executed, it can be implemented on mobile devices even when those devices are remote from the organization.

  • Patent number: 8102372
Abstract: An optical mouse testing device includes a testing frame, a control unit, a transmission unit, a rolling unit and an indicating unit. An optical mouse to be tested is placed on an upper surface of the testing frame. The control unit is used for driving the transmission unit according to the route coordinate data. The transmission unit is used for rendering a rolling motion of a ball of the rolling unit. The optical mouse senses the rolling motion of the ball, thereby providing a route coordinate data to the control unit. The control unit compares the route control signal with the route coordinate data, thereby generating an indicating signal to indicate a testing result.
