  • Publication number: 20130111705
Abstract: A location stabilizing structure for enclosure-type rotary shaft includes a fitting member having an enclosure section and a shaft member having a shaft rod tightly enclosed in the enclosure section. The enclosure section has multiple inner adaptive faces. The shaft rod has multiple outer adaptive faces in adaptation to the inner adaptive faces for matching the inner adaptive faces. The number of matching inner adaptive faces and outer adaptive faces is varied with the change of angular position between the enclosure section and the shaft rod. The locating/stabilizing structure is designed with different numbers of matching inner and outer adaptive faces indifferent angular positions to provide different locating force. Indifferent angular positions, the unmatching inner adaptive faces and outer adaptive faces interfere with each other to provide radial elastic compressing force to securely locate the rotary shaft and avoid loosening or swinging.

  • Publication number: 20130074620
Abstract: A semiautomatic rotational/swinging device includes a relative pivoting member, a pivoting member pivotally connected with the relative pivoting member via a pivot pin, and multiple strip-like torsion elastic members each having two end sections connected with the relative pivoting member and the pivoting member respectively. The torsion elastic members are obliquely disposed between the relative pivoting member and the pivoting member around the pivot pin. When the pivoting member and the relative pivoting member are pivotally rotated relative to each other, the end sections of the torsion elastic members are gradually shifted from the original misaligned position to an aligned position. At this time, the torsion elastic members are compressed to store energy. After the end sections pass over the aligned position, the torsion elastic members stretch from the compressed state to push the pivoting member and the relative pivoting member to automatically pivotally rotate relative to each other.

  • Publication number: 20130074619
Abstract: A rotary shaft positioning device is a simplified structure provided with rotating and positioning actions. The rotary shaft positioning device includes a housing defined with a tank chamber, a rotator disposed in the tank chamber of the housing, and a reactor. The housing is formed as a type of geometrical section. The rotator including a limiting portion is rotated while being accompanied by the rotation of the rotary shaft. The reactor is configured in between the tank chamber of the housing and the rotator to constantly press on the rotator, so that the reactor and the rotator form an interference status therebetween. The reactor and the rotator relatively form a frictional resistance to attain a positioning action when the rotary shaft is rotated, thereby reducing the complication of the positioning assembly device and improving the overlength of the assembling configuration of the positioning mechanism in conventional skills.

  • Publication number: 20130079161
Abstract: An elastic hold-type rotary shaft structure includes a first holding member and a second holding member and an elastic member. One side of the first holding member is formed with a pivot section and one side of the second holding member is formed with another pivot section. The pivot sections are pivotally connected with each other. The middle sections of the first and second holding members are formed with corresponding holding sections for receiving and holding a rotary shaft. The elastic member is connected between the other sides of the first and second holding members distal from the pivot sections. The elastic member applies elastic force to the first and second holding members to keep the first and second holding members elastically holding the rotary shaft and applying a frictional force to the rotary shaft when rotated. Accordingly, the rotary shaft can be located in any desired angular position.
