Abstract: A vertical cavity surface emitting laser diode (VCSEL) includes a substrate, a lower Bragg reflector (DBR) layer, an active region, an upper Bragg reflector (DBR) layer, and a current confinement layer. The lower DBR layer is on the substrate. The active region is on the lower DBR layer on the active region. The current confinement layer is inside or outside the active region. When the current confinement layer comprises a compound containing phosphorus, such as AlAsP or AlGaAsP, and the phosphorus (P) content is within a specific range, the insulation rate of the current confinement layer will not be excessively fast to the point of being difficult to control. Additionally, the reproducibility of the aperture in the current confinement layer between batches of the VCSEL production is improved. Furthermore, the divergence angle of the VCSEL can be further reduced, thereby significantly enhancing the sensing capabilities of Lidar or 3D sensing.

Abstract: A toner container includes a container body, a cylindrical portion and a cap. The container body has a toner filling port. The cylindrical portion is provided around the filling port. The cap is detachable and closes an opening of the cylindrical portion. The cap includes: claw parts provided deformably and insertable into the cylindrical portion to be engaged with an edge of the filling port; a link piece connecting tip ends of the claw parts; a disk part having an opening; a closing plate capable of closing the opening of the disk part; and a fixing member which fixes the closing plate to the disk part. The closing plate is fixed to the disk part with the fixing member and the claw parts are engaged with the edge of the filling opening, so that the opening of the cylindrical is closed by the closing plate.

The second coupling is provided coaxially with the drive gear, rotatable following the drive gear, slidable relative to the drive gear in an axial direction and capable of fitting to the first coupling. The biasing member biases the second coupling to the first coupling to connect the second coupling to the first coupling. The mode filter layer includes an optical aperture, and the mode filter layer is able to be oxidized. Accordingly, the optical aperture of the mode filter layer is formed by oxidizing the mode filter layer.
