    Abstract: A method is provided for forming an integrated circuit (IC) chip package structure. The method includes providing a substrate for an interposer, and forming a conductive interconnect structure in and on the substrate for connecting a group of selected IC dies. The method includes forming warpage-reducing trenches in non-routing regions of the interposer, wherein the warpage-reducing trenches are sized and positioned based on a warpage characteristic to reduce the warpage of the chip package structure. The method also includes depositing a warpage-relief material in the warpage-reducing trenches according to the warpage characteristic to reduce the warpage of the chip package structure, and bonding the group of selected IC dies to the interposer to form a chip package structure.

A U-shaped slot is formed around the triggering portion to make the triggering portion form an elastic cantilever arm extending from the second body. When the cap is pressed to make the second magnetic portion away from the first magnetic portion at a specific distance, the triggering portion triggers the switch. When the cap is released, a magnetic force between the first and second magnetic portions drives the second magnetic portion to approach the first magnetic portion.

    Abstract: A keyswitch structure includes a base, a keycap, a frame disposed between the base and the keycap for providing a supporting and moving mechanism to the keycap, and another frame interacting with the former frame through a magnetic attraction force. When the keycap is not pressed, the magnetic attraction force drives the two frames to stably stand on the base and form a stable supporting structure, so that the keycap is located at a farther position relative to the base. When the keycap is pressed with an external force to move toward the base, the magnetic attraction force is overcome so that the two frames depart from each other; that is, the above stable supporting structure is temporarily destroyed. Once the external force applied to the keycap is eliminated, the two frames will form the stable supporting structure again due to the magnetic attraction force.

    Abstract: A keyswitch structure includes a base plate, a keycap, a lift mechanism, and a balance link. The lift mechanism connects between the keycap and the base plate such that the keycap can move up and down relative to the base plate. The balance link is formed substantially in a U-shaped profile. The middle portion thereof is rotatably disposed on the base plate; the two ends thereof are respectively formed in an L-shaped profile and rotatably inserted into two slot structures on the keycap or the lift mechanism or both. Compared with a conventional balance link formed in an n-shaped profile connecting a keycap and a base plate, the invention provides more diverse structural connections, conducive to structural miniaturization. Furthermore, a support of the lift mechanism includes a protrusion capable of being blocked by a limitation structure disposed on the base plate for controlling the rotation angle of the support.
