The tool includes a housing enclosing a processing chamber, and an input/output port configured to pass a wafer through the housing into and out of the processing chamber. A back-side macro-inspection system is arranged within the processing chamber and is configured to image a back side of the wafer. A front-side macro-inspection system is arranged within the processing chamber and is configured to image a front side of the wafer according to a first image resolution. A front-side micro-inspection system is arranged within the processing chamber and is configured to image the front side of the wafer according to a second image resolution which is higher than the first image resolution.

Abstract: Methods of forming line-end extensions and devices having line-end extensions are provided. In some embodiments, a method includes forming a patterned photoresist on a first region of a hard mask layer. A line-end extension region is formed in the hard mask layer. The line-end extension region extends laterally outward from an end of the first region of the hard mask layer. The line-end extension region may be formed by changing a physical property of the hard mask layer at the line-end extension region.

Abstract: A video file playback system capable of previewing an image, a method thereof, and a computer program product can sequentially compare change amounts between chronological two of frame images, select the frame images, of which the change amounts exceed a preset value, in at least one time interval, and select a frame image, which has a maximum change amount, in the frame images in each time interval as a preview image. By displaying a preview image corresponding to each time interval, a user can quickly browse key images of each time interval.

Abstract: A pre-selectable video file playback system and method, and a computer program product are provided. Multiple first images are captured from multiple frame images in a first time interval, and two chronological first images thereafter are compared sequentially. A next first image is selected if the next first image is substantially different from a previous first image, and the next first image is not selected if the next first image is substantially the same as the previous first image. By displaying the selected first images, the number of images that users watch may be reduced.

Abstract: An image content commenting method and a related image management system can be utilized to establish a commenting record about partial content of an image stream. The image content commenting method includes reading a coordinate value of a cursor within a first image frame of the image stream, selecting a pattern object inside the first image frame according to the coordinate value, establishing connection between a first bookmark and the pattern object, and identifying the pattern object from a second image frame of the image stream and then connecting the first bookmark with the pattern object inside the second image frame.

Abstract: A fisheye image display method is adapted to a display device, wherein a display screen of the display device is divided into a plurality of view cells. The fisheye image display method includes steps of receiving a fisheye image; generating an original image and a plurality of regional images according to the fisheye image, wherein the regional images are corresponding to a plurality of regions of interest in the original image; and arranging the regional images in at least two of the view cells, wherein the at least two view cells are adjacent to each other horizontally or vertically, and one of the at least two view cells includes at least two of the regional images.

Abstract: A fisheye image display method is adapted to a display device, wherein a display screen of the display device is divided into a plurality of view cells. Abstract: A method of searching an image, which is disclosed in the present invention, includes selecting a first timing and a second timing to generate a first period, obtaining a plurality of first images from a first video streaming within the first period, and setting a second period according to at least one first image so as to obtain a plurality of second images from the first video streaming within the second period. The method of searching the image further includes simultaneously displaying a plurality of third image from a second video streaming within the second period, enlarging a selected image of the second images or the third images, and simultaneously enlarging another image that is captured at the same time as the time when the enlarging selected image is captured. The two enlarging images respectively belong to the first video streaming and the second video streaming.

Abstract: A device and a method for managing video apparatuses and a computer-readable medium are provided. The device for managing video apparatuses includes a searching module and a processing module. The searching module is configured to search for a plurality of video apparatuses capable of capturing images. The processing module is configured to select a first sub split-window of a plurality of sub split-windows in a setting interface as an object in association with a first video apparatus of those apparatuses. The processing module also displays at least one image of the first video apparatus on a first main split-window of a plurality of main split-windows. The device for managing video apparatuses can show the association between video apparatuses and main split-windows in the display interface on the setting interface in order to help a user to check and adjust the position of the at least one image.

The video setting method includes the following steps: receiving a plurality of videos at the same time; acquiring identification information of each of the videos; according to a playing mode, deciding a playing type of the video player; generating at least one playing frame, the at least one playing frame including at least one playing window, and according to the identification information, filling the videos into the at least one playing window in the at least one playing frame; and according to the playing type, playing the videos in the at least one playing window on the video player.
