Abstract: Disclosed is a power failure detection device and method capable of issuing a power failure alert early. The device includes a voltage reduction circuit, a detection voltage generating circuit, a detection circuit, and a transmitting circuit. The voltage reduction circuit is or includes at least one active electronic component, and generates an output voltage according to an input voltage higher than the output voltage. The detection voltage generating circuit is coupled between the voltage reduction circuit and a low voltage terminal, and generates a detection voltage according to the output voltage that is between the output voltage and the voltage of the low voltage terminal. The detection circuit generates a detection result according to the detection voltage and a trigger voltage. The transmitting circuit sends a power failure alert to a far-end device on condition that the detection result indicates that the detection voltage is lower than the trigger voltage.

The engaging member is engaged in the engaging hole in a first position. The connector is received in the receiving housing and the first elastic member is compressed between the receiving housing and the connector in the first position. The connector moves out of the receiving housing from the first position to a second position when the sliding member slides relative to the receiving housing, to drive the engaging member to disengage from the engaging hole.

Abstract: An information search server and an information search method thereof are provided. The information search server includes a transceiver and a processor. The transceiver receives a search message having an original store phone number of an original store from a user device. The processor performs a data mining procedure, according to the original store phone number, to obtain an original store name and an original store address associated with the original store phone number, a category associated with the original store name, an original store latitude and longitude associated with the original store address, and a recommended store information associated with the category and the original store latitude and longitude, and generates a result message having the recommended store information. The transceiver further transmits the result message to the user device.

Abstract: An organic fiber for a solar panel and a photoluminescent element and a material for preparing the same are provided. An organic conjugated polymer is dissolved in a solvent and is used to prepare an organic conjugated polymer fiber directly in an electrospinning process. The organic conjugated polymer fiber is applied in an organic photoluminescent base material with a high luminous efficiency or an organic solar panel with a high absorption efficiency. The organic conjugated polymer fiber is prepared directly by using the electrospinning process, and a diameter of the organic conjugated polymer fiber is between about 10 nm and 100 ?m.

Abstract: A mobile phone alert system sets one or more alert conditions of a mobile phone, and sets a response message corresponding to each of the alert conditions. The system further monitors communication status of the mobile phone when the mobile phone is communicating with a contact mobile phone, determines if an alert condition occurs by determining if the communication status meets the one or more alert conditions, retrieves and sending a corresponding response message to the contact mobile phone number via a first network, in response to a determination that the alert condition occurs to the mobile phone.
