    Abstract: An AC input voltage detecting device includes a first input, a second input, a determining unit, a first voltage-detecting unit, and a second voltage-detecting unit. The first input and the second input are electrically connected to a neutral line and a live line of an AC power, respectively. The determining unit includes a first power switch, a second power switch, and an output, the first and second power switch are electrically connected in series, and the output is coupled to the second power switch. The first voltage-detecting unit is electrically connected to the first input and the first power switch, the second voltage-detecting unit is electrically connected to the second input and the second power switch. A signal for indicating that the AC power supplies normally is generated from the determining unit while the voltages conducted by the live line and the neutral line are normal.

    Abstract: A method of reducing computational demand for image tracking includes first receiving a plurality of images of a load hoisted with hanging wire in a preset transitional space, setting at least one monitoring point each at the load and the hanging wire, respectively, providing a tracking frame at the outer periphery of each monitoring point, allowing each tracking frame to track on its corresponding monitoring point that each monitoring point is kept on a relative location within each corresponding tracking frame, and producing the same displacement as that of the monitoring point, and lastly computing the displacement of each tracking frame thus obtaining the displacement of each monitoring point in correspondence to the tracking frame to calculate various displacement of the hanging wire and the load, respectively. With this image tracking method, the processing quantity of whole image data is effectively decreased and computational demand of equipments is reduced.

    Abstract: A battery free off-grid solar inverter system includes an inverter and a controller. The inverter is used for converting a direct current voltage provided by a solar panel into an alternating current voltage. The inverter has an input terminal, an output terminal, and a control terminal. The input terminal is used for coupling to the solar panel for receiving the direct current voltage, and the output terminal is used for coupling to a load for coupling the alternating current voltage. The controller is coupled to the control terminal for gradually increasing the alternating current voltage to make the direct current voltage be gradually decreased when the battery free off-grid solar inverter system is turned on. The controller stops increasing the alternating current voltage when the direct current voltage is lower than a predetermined direct current voltage value.

    Abstract: A multiband antenna device includes a first antenna, a second antenna, and a switch. The switch is connected with the first antenna and the second antenna, respectively, and it controls a conducting state between the first antenna and the second antenna. When the switch turns off, the multiband antenna device receives and transmits a first frequency band signal by the first antenna. When the switch turns on, the multiband antenna device receives and transmits a second frequency band signal by the first antenna and the second antenna. In the invention, signals in different frequency bands can be received, and the volume of a design circuit can be reduced. Reflecting energy of the signals feeding in the antennas can be reduced by adjusting impedance values of the antennas to make the multiband antenna device achieve an optimized receiving and transmitting state.
