    Abstract: A barrier film encapsulating apparatus for insulating pipes is proposed, the apparatus comprises: a positioning unit for positioning a insulating pipe to be encapsulated with a barrier film and moving the insulating pipe along an axial direction thereof; at least a molding unit for enclosing a channel space, the channel space having a cross-section similar in shape to a cross-section of the insulating pipe; a guiding unit for guiding a barrier film into the channel space such that the barrier film is rolled via the molding unit into a shape similar to the cross-section of the insulating pipe, so that the barrier film is encapsulated on the insulating pipe when the insulating pipe moves along an axial direction thereof and penetrates the channel space; and an adhering unit for sealing the barrier film encapsulated on the insulating pipe so as to complete the encapsulating process and resolve conventional problems in encapsulating the insulating pipes with the well-insulative and airtight barrier film.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a decoration lamp holding frame, in which the bulb base has a bar-base portion with a stopper at the bottom side, and an ejector pin extended downward from the bottom side of said stopper, and the diameter of the bar-base portion is a bit bigger than or equal the inside diameter of the lamp holder so that the bar-base portion of the bulb base is emerged into the lamp holder fully as they are connected together, meanwhile the back end of the ejector pin stretches to the bottom opening of the lamp holder, thereby to increase the difficulty of picking-off bulb; but when the bulb runs away, pushing up the ejector pin from the bottom opening of the holder with a tool takes off the bulb base from the lamp holder facilitating to replace.

    Abstract: The invention provides open-cell microcellular polystyrene foams and a method for making the same. The method includes: adding a mixture comprising polystyrene and 8˜14 wt % of additive agent to a double screw extruder for blending; adding the blended mixture with a 2.0˜5.1 wt % of foaming agent to a single screw extruder for blending and foaming to obtain polystyrene foam. Average cell size of the polystyrene foam is equal to or less than 60 &mgr;m. Open cell content of the polystyrene foam is equal to or greater than 60%.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a Christmas decoration lamp holder, and more particularly to a holding frame, in which the lamp can be rapidly plugged in without pre-setting the bulb and pre-locating the conducting strips. Thereby, setting the retaining slots on the outside wall of bulb base facilitates that the conducting strips can be assembled by hands; and the conducting strips placed at outside wall of the bulb base are pressed to the inside of the retaining slots by the first clamping blocks tightly, so that, when the bulb is placed into the bulb base and the wires is hung over the surface of the conducting strips respectively through the notches of the elastic clamping tongues, after putting on the holding sheath over the bulb base in plug connection, the wires of the bulb are pressed on the surfaces of the conducting strips tightly by the first clamping blocks to form conduction state. Meanwhile the second clamping blocks push the clamping tongues to clamp the bulb tightly.

The directional coupler contains a first carrier and a second carrier overlapped with each other, a metal line (such as a micro strip line) between the first and second carriers, a signal connector between both ends of the micro strip line, and a metal shell. The first and second carriers and the micro strip line are made using the print board technology. A copper foil is formed on the circuit board surface of the first carrier to form metal lines (such as micro strip lines). The circuit board surfaces of the first and second carriers are coated with a metal shell by electroplating means. A microwave cavity directional coupler with a simple structure and manufacturing process is thus achieved.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a formative lamp with edge-lighting, which is consisted of two formative shells and the sandwich lighting plate. Wherein the formative shells are molded into the desired pattern and outline, and the lighting plate is made of high transmissivity material, and molded into the pattern outline as same as the shell's. In combination, the string lamps and the cords can be pre-inserted on the lighting plate, finally cover the formative shells from the both sides. When cut-in the power, the lamps inserted on the lighting plate is lighten, the light ray not only shine through the formative shells, but also via the high transparency lighting plate to generate an edge-lighting source along with the edge of the formative pattern. Hence, due to the brightness difference of the formative shells and the edge-lighting source of the lighting plate, the outline of the formative lamp is drawn out to increase the funny of the product.
