Abstract: A touch display device and an operating method for the touch display device are provided. The touch display device includes a touch display panel, a touch display driving circuit and a computing circuit. The touch display driving circuit drives the touch display panel to perform a display operation based on a scan frequency and to perform a touch sensing operation based on a plurality of touch sensing cycles. The computing circuit determines a plurality of scan finishing positions on the touch display panel in response to the scan frequency and the touch sensing cycles, receives a touch sensing data corresponding to the scan finishing positions, and compensates the touch sensing data based on a base value.

Abstract: A memory module and a method for accessing the same are proposed. The memory module comprises a memory, a transmission selection port connected to input of the memory, a first data output port and a second data output port connected to output of the memory. The transmission selection port input one of a first address signal and a second address signal to the memory according to a logical level of a first clock signal. The first data output port and the second data output port access data of memory designated by the first address signal or the second address signal according to the logical level of the first clock signal.

Abstract: A buffer controller between a first and a second memories is used to control the buffer during data transmission process for memories. The buffer controller between memories has a microprocessor used to process the data transmission of the memory bus, a first memory connected to the microprocessor, and a second memory also connected to the microprocessor. The first memory and the second memory therefore transmit data under the control of the microprocessor.
