A first barrier structure is formed in between the second surface mount components and the semiconductor wafer. The winding belt is replaceably mounted in the at least one hole and the helical slot. As the winding belt is received in the helical slot and the at least one hole of the body, it takes pets longer time to consume the winding belt. Moreover, the winding belt is replaceable.
