The base includes two locating fringes with two first positioning orifices, two second positioning orifices, a holder connected with a first end of a spring, and a second end of the spring is connected with a flexible sheet. The flexible sheet has two peripheral sections. The base further includes two connection segments, and the two connection segments have two openings. Two connectors are configured to accommodate the flexible sheet and have two pegs.

The bushing is fastened in the sleeve and has a conic inner surface. The inner surface tapers upward. The inner surface has an inner thread. The positioning base is of a tubular shape and axially fastened onto the post. The positioning base has openings. Each opening is embedded by a braking block. An outer surface of each braking block has an outer thread. The outer surfaces of the braking blocks jointly form a conic shape corresponding to the inner surface of the bushing. The outer thread screws with the inner thread. The bushing presses the braking blocks to move toward the post to fasten the foot ring onto the post when the foot ring is rotated.

The carrier is disposed with assembling holes corresponding to the fixing holes and a surrounding wall for isolating an assembling position of the frame seat. The frame presses the meshed fabric to be embedded into the frame seat so that the meshed fabric is fastened on a side of the frame seat. A plurality of fasteners separately pass through the assembling holes and the meshed fabric and are fastened into the fixing holes, so that the frame seat with the meshed fabric is secured on the base.

An open trough is formed within the two rails. The trough has an inlet. The auxiliary backrest body has a back portion with a pair of elastic sheets. Each elastic sheet has a fixing end connected to the back portion and an elastic end corresponding to the two rails. Each elastic end has an insert portion inserted into the trough. A distance between two outer ends of the two insert portions is slightly greater than a width of the trough. When the insert portions are compressedly inserted into the trough, the elastic ends can be held between the rails by the elasticity thereof.

Two ends of the pulling rod are separately connected to two free ends of the two driving members. The pulling rod has a frame encompassing the spring. The frame has an action end blocking the spring. When the chair back is pressed to tilt rearward, the driving members are rotated to draw the pulling rod to move toward the chair back, and the action end of the frame is driven to compress the spring so as to make the chair back flexibly supported.
