    Abstract: A method of forming a semiconductor device includes forming semiconductor strips protruding above a substrate and isolation regions between the semiconductor strips; forming hybrid fins on the isolation regions, the hybrid fins comprising dielectric fins and dielectric structures over the dielectric fins; forming a dummy gate structure over the semiconductor strip; forming source/drain regions over the semiconductor strips and on opposing sides of the dummy gate structure; forming nanowires under the dummy gate structure, where the nanowires are over and aligned with respective semiconductor strips, and the source/drain regions are at opposing ends of the nanowires, where the hybrid fins extend further from the substrate than the nanowires; after forming the nanowires, reducing widths of center portions of the hybrid fins while keeping widths of end portions of the hybrid fins unchanged, and forming an electrically conductive material around the nanowires.

    Abstract: A laser inspection system is provided. A laser source emits a laser with a first spectrum and the laser is transmitted by a first optical fiber. A gain optical fiber doped with special ions is connected to the first optical fiber, and a light detector is provided around the gain optical fiber. When the laser with the first spectrum passes through the gain optical fiber, the gain optical fiber absorbs part of the energy level of the laser with the first spectrum, so that the laser with the first spectrum is converted to generate light with a second spectrum based on the frequency conversion phenomenon. The light detector detects the intensity of the light with the second spectrum, so that the power of the laser source can be obtained.

The positioning base is of a tubular shape and axially fastened onto the post. The positioning base has openings. Each opening is embedded by a braking block. An outer surface of each braking block has an outer thread. The outer surfaces of the braking blocks jointly form a conic shape corresponding to the inner surface of the bushing. The outer thread screws with the inner thread. The bushing presses the braking blocks to move toward the post to fasten the foot ring onto the post when the foot ring is rotated.

    Abstract: The auxiliary backrest for a chair includes a support and an auxiliary backrest body. The support has two rails. Each rail is formed by a surrounding wall and a side wall. An open trough is formed within the two rails. The trough has an inlet. The auxiliary backrest body has a back portion with a pair of elastic sheets. Each elastic sheet has a fixing end connected to the back portion and an elastic end corresponding to the two rails. Each elastic end has an insert portion inserted into the trough. A distance between two outer ends of the two insert portions is slightly greater than a width of the trough. When the insert portions are compressedly inserted into the trough, the elastic ends can be held between the rails by the elasticity thereof.

The device includes a base, two driving members connected to the chair back, a pulling rod crossing the base and a spring disposed in the base. The base is connected to ends of the driving members. Two ends of the pulling rod are separately connected to two free ends of the two driving members. The pulling rod has a frame encompassing the spring. The frame has an action end blocking the spring. When the chair back is pressed to tilt rearward, the driving members are rotated to draw the pulling rod to move toward the chair back, and the action end of the frame is driven to compress the spring so as to make the chair back flexibly supported.
