  • Publication number: 20210008043
Abstract: The present invention includes substituted chromenones that are useful to inhibit the IRE1/XBP-1 pathway. In certain embodiments, the compounds of the invention inhibit IRE1's RNase activity. In other embodiments, the compounds of the invention are useful to treat or prevent a cancer that involve activation of the ER stress response. The invention also relates, in certain aspects, to the discovery that secretory IgM (sIgM) can orchestrate an immunosuppressive microenvironment by recruiting myeloid-derived suppressor cells (MDSCs) into different tumor models, such as but not limited to solid tumors (such as but not limited to lung cancer) and tumors that have high levels of secreted IgM. In certain embodiments, sIgM produced by B cells or CLL cells can contribute to the accumulation of MDSCs in a tumor. In other embodiments, inhibition of the IRE1/XBP-1 pathway can ablate, minimize, or reduce MDSC levels in a tumor.

  • Publication number: 20200393642
Abstract: An optical element driving mechanism is provided and includes a fixed assembly, a movable assembly, a driving assembly and a stopping assembly. The fixed assembly has a main axis. The movable assembly is configured to connect an optical element, and the movable assembly is movable relative to the fixed assembly. The driving assembly is configured to drive the movable assembly to move relative to the fixed assembly. The stopping assembly is configured to limit the movement of the movable assembly relative to the fixed assembly within a range of motion.

  • Publication number: 20200348649
Abstract: A remote server, a remote control system and a remote control method are provided. The remote server includes a connector and a processor. The connector is connected to a KVM switch. The KVM switch is connected to at least two machines. The connector receives a plurality of screen images of the machines through the KVM switch, wherein the screen images are respectively captured at the machines. The processor generates a plurality of control instructions according to the screen images, respectively. The control instructions are transmitted from the connector to the machines through the KVM switch, respectively.

  • Publication number: 20200196990
Abstract: An ultrasonic imaging device includes an ultrasonic generating unit and an ultrasonic imaging processing unit. The ultrasonic generating unit repeatedly turns on N of M ultrasonic array elements of the ultrasonic probe multiple times as a group of array elements for linear scanning, and each scan is to emit an ultrasonic signal by each group of array elements and receive an echo signal of the ultrasonic signal. The ultrasonic imaging processing unit extracts a central echo signal from the echo signal in each scan to form a channel signal, and according to the arrival time of the echo signals, each central echo signal in the channel signal is delayed and summed to generate a modified channel signal. The modified channel signal is subjected to image synthesis process to obtain an ultrasonic image.

  • Publication number: 20200133134
Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method and a system for generating photomask patterns. The system obtains a design layout image, and generates a hotspot image corresponding to the design layout image based on a hotspot detection model. The system generates two photomask patterns based on the hotspot image. The at least two photomask patterns are transferred onto a semiconductor substrate.
