    Abstract: A method includes forming a first semiconductor fin and a second semiconductor fin in an n-type Fin Field-Effect (FinFET) region and a p-type FinFET region, respectively, forming a first dielectric fin and a second dielectric fin in the n-type FinFET region and the p-type FinFET region, respectively, forming a first epitaxy mask to cover the second semiconductor fin and the second dielectric fin, performing a first epitaxy process to form an n-type epitaxy region based on the first semiconductor fin, removing the first epitaxy mask, forming a second epitaxy mask to cover the n-type epitaxy region and the first dielectric fin, performing a second epitaxy process to form a p-type epitaxy region based on the second semiconductor fin, and removing the second epitaxy mask. After the second epitaxy mask is removed, a portion of the second epitaxy mask is left on the first dielectric fin.

    Abstract: A denture articulator is provided for coupling denture casts to allow for occlusal adjustment of the casts. The articulator includes a base, a cross bar, and a top. The casts are mounted to the top and base by cast holder seats or cast retainer seats for simulation of mastication and occlusal adjustment. The top allows a user to adjust the vertical location of the cast and also allows the user to adjust the elevation of the cast.

    Abstract: An improved gypsum tray is provided, which includes a body. The body has an indented accommodation basin, and gypsum is poured into the accommodation basin to form a tooth mold. The present invention can join a fixing base to a bottom of the body, and the improved gypsum tray is installed on the fixing base of the gypsum tray through the fixing base. Also, after the gypsum forms the tooth mold in the accommodation basin, the fixing base can be joined to a bottom face of the tooth mold. When the tooth mold is installed on the fixing base of the gypsum tray through the fixing base, an angle may be adjusted optionally, thereby solving the problem that an angle cannot be adjusted during a conventional rectifying operation of a tooth mold.

    Abstract: An electronic device and an ESD prevention method thereof. The electronic device includes a printed circuit board, a liquid crystal display module, and a controller. The printed circuit board includes a ground layer. The liquid crystal display module is disposed on the printed circuit board, and includes a central portion, a surrounding portion, an anti-ESD wire, and a contact. The central portion is surrounded by the surrounding portion, and the anti-ESD wire is disposed on the surrounding portion. The liquid crystal display module wires are located between the anti-ESD wire and the central portion. The contact is coupled to the anti-ESD wire and the ground layer respectively so that an ESD on the liquid crystal display module is ground via the anti-ESD wire and the contact. The controller is disposed on the printed circuit board, and is coupled to the liquid crystal display module. The liquid crystal display module is reset by the controller at a predetermined interval.
